Still have to paint the shoes but obviously can't start until i have the casts.

I also need to do all the benches but again, don't have the support casts yet. The caster said he is through about 30 sets as of last week, so he's close! In the meantime i will be staining all the wood slats.

I have to do the bows for the chocolates.

And finally the suitcases, which I've started, of course.


So... bows, paint shoes, benches, and suitcases. We're close! Going to try and get a decent bit done this week, as you can already see[emoji41]

Today was one of those days where I felt like I didn't get anything done, but I accomplished a lot... it just took FOREVER.

I finally have ALL the woods slats prepared for staining I know it sounds minor, but consider this... there are 8 slats per bench, and about 40 benches..so over 300 slats! And ALL of them are and sanded, with holes drilled for the nails, ready to go. It took forever but it's done. Onto more work!

Ok trying to move along on the suitcases. 20 suitcases cloth covered. Prepping the leather trim and finishing the hardware.

I'll probably stain the wood tomorrow and/or nice forward on more suitcases. Cruising, now!
