Now that we have Luke, Han and Leia, I've been talking to Rocco about producing a 1:6 Lando head sculpt because who knows when or if we will see one from Hot Toys. I do have the Sideshow version, and the sculpt is one of their best, but could use some improvement and be smaller. 20 gets it going.

Also, indicate if you prefer a neutral expression (N) or "killer smile" (K).

I thought it was a shame that Lando didn't make it into Episode 7. I had the pleasure of meeting Billy Dee Williams at a con a couple of years ago and asked him direct if he was going to be in it. He just shrugged and said "Nobody has called me yet." Hopefully they'll pick up the phone for 8. Now that they've offed the Alpha Scoundrel, someone has to fill the void (not Poe). Star Wars without scoundrels would just be too one-all-powerful-force-controlling-everything foo foo to endure.

Good idea. I know Sith Anakin took off when Rocco posted. Is there a FB group that's good for putting up these kinds of 1:6 projects? Let me know if you want to be added to the list.

One would think, but I've been hoping to see Lando, Emperor, Tarkin, Royal Guards for the past 2-3 years. HT has a lot on its plate with Rogue One, the Marvel and DC movies, Ep VIII, not to mention their other licenses. So it seems only an occasional slot opens up for ANH, ESB or ROJ figures.

Right... But they'll make him... I'm sure of it. Just like how Disney will milk all they can out of Star Wars, hot toys will do the same with their expensive license. They just haven't really made it to ESB yet, but they will... It would be very stupid of them not to. I'm not saying I'm right, but it's foolish to underestimate greed.
