Whenever the outfit is ready, is there any way I could buy an extra set of pants for Marty? Im currently in the process of bashing a Part 1 Marty as well, and a pair of skinny jeans for men is essentially impossible to find.

Regarding those pants, are the pockets going to be sown in, so he could be posed with the pockets in the future style (pockets turned inside out)?

What a great project! Looks like I missed a pretty important deadline there. Any chance to still get on that list for board, boots and outfit? Also the reworked head looks great!

Jen finally finished the first test sample using the new tarp material we got from Magic and it actually works really well. The color and texture is perfect and it's nice and thin, but because it's a thin plastic sheet made for tarp covers, it feels a bit stiff and doesn't drape as well. I think it still works and looks really nice! We'll be making a few adjustments of course, but at least we know the fabric works - which has been the biggest hurdle in this project so far!

Keep in mind we haven't added any buttons to the jacket yet. I also need to sculpt the sleeves and jacket bottom, mold and cast it in a super soft material for Jen to sew on too so that will take a little time. I've been debating on whether we should add a jacket to the zipper. There aren't any correct sized separating jacket zippers. Even the smallest that I could find still looks huge in this scale and it realy takes away from the look of the jacket. There are some nice non-separating zippers, but that wouldn't work since you'll need to open up the jacket. So I think just leaving it without using any buttons or zippers would make the jacket look nicer.

this looks pretty damn cool IDM.....may i suggest that the jeans be a little tighter since thats how they wore them in the 80's and that the jacket be brought in just a little bit from the sides...also...the jacket pockets need to also come in because they are too far to the side...the flap on the pockets also need to be a straight line versus what you guys have there....i think those are the things that need to be addressed, once they are addressed, this will be the outfit to get cause it will sell like hot cakes!!!....anyways...if there are other things i missed...then please...someone else say something....

I wouldn't want to see the pants get too much tighter, or you're gonna lose any ability to pose the guy! I think the tailoring is fine personally, but we need to have those inside-out pockets!
