List updated with those interested in the Mags/Hoverboard 2nd run and the outfit, I will have to double check with IDM, but I think we need a minimum of 25 people interested in the 2nd run to make it happen as we are sending this to a company for casting.

A big shout out to my friend Will for helping out on this. I got the castings in and they are absolutely flawless! I could not have done a better job at casting these. The pink color on the hoverboard came out a little lighter than I expected, but I plan on repainting them anyways so it doesn't matter.

I've sent off a set of the Mags and hoverboard to Corrose so he should receive them in the next few days to start the decals. The plan is that Corrose will do all of the decals at one time and send them to me, then I would ship it out to everyone with their order. If anyone wants just the unpainted casts with no decal or painting, let me know and I will get you order out once the balance is paid.

After I get back from training next week I'll paint up a set and get pricing for everyone for the full painted versions.

After I get back from training next week I'll paint up a set and get pricing for everyone for the full painted versions.

John, in the first post, pricing has already been listed as:

The mags final pricing will be $55 for the pair unpainted. ($23 deposit)

The hoverboard will be $75 and casted in a pink color. ($33 deposit)

Will this change? All of us have paid the deposit already too.

EDIT: :slap Just saw that it said unpainted. I am an idiot. Please disregard all my future comments.

The clothes I'm waiting to get the plastic trim on the coat done. I sent that out to get 3D printed and as soon as I get it back, I'll mold and cast it to get a final sample done. Jen did what she could with the outfit, but without that part, we can't finish the final sample. The fitting and everything has been adjusted so we just need that one piece.

Corrose and I have been talking and he's currently working on the design for the decal. We should have some updates soon when Corrose is done. I'm sure he'll post here or on his customs thread when it's ready.

I should be getting the cuff/hem on the jacket pretty soon so I'll mold that once it gets here and we'll finish the jacket as soon as we get that piece worked out.

Did you ever mentioned whether the jeans will have the pockets be able to be turned inside out?

Jen and I talked about it and it's hard to make real pockets so it can actually turn out due to the scale. If we do it like real pockets, it'll be too thick and you'll see it bunch up at the pocket area when it's turned inside like normal. So we're thinking of making "faux" pockets were you just tuck them in so it looks like it's turned inside out. That way if it's not displayed tucking out, you just remove that piece completely. We're still playing around to see what works best.

Tuck them into what? If the pockets were turned inside out, they wouldn't be tucked into anything.

If I'm reading that right, it sounds like a terrific solution. fabric that looks like the inside f pockets that can be tucked into the actual pocket tops on the jeans. Sounds like a good solution. Looking forward to the updated prototype! :clap

Yeah, the idea is to make the inside pocket a separate piece. The problem we ran into when Jen tried it is that the jeans material is thick. When you try to flip them inside out and then sewn onto the inside of the pocket, it looks much thicker and doesn't sit right. So we would make the pocket just like a normal pocket, then make the "insides" an actual separate piece that you put into the pocket with the rest of it hanging out. I hope that makes sense.
