I want everything, but I want to see the actual items before my "interest" turns to "fully committed".

Painted sculpt for me, unless I feel I want an alternative paint style to what is shown. Then I'd go with unpainted. Again, only if I like what I see. Please understand. I think the clothes & sculpted pieces have a highly likely chance of being bought though

You are on! This is my favorite EU character and I thought he should be immortalized in 1:6 scale. Haha. Would you like a painted or unpainted sculpt? also, I'm assuming you want the whole outfit?

Do you think John will make the lightsaber hilts? A great Starkiller figure has to have a set of cathode sabers.

I was talking to Cleveland about it and I suggested the same. Doing the saber hilts aren't too difficult, but it is an added cost that we're not sure everyone wants. What do you guys think? I was planning on doing cathode lights for mine too.

I think hilts only would be great, that way the costs of everything don't get completely out of control. Also you could choose whichever color you would want just like the game . I agree. I would only do the hilts and I think the better route would be to do it similar to Shapeways where you can just order the print and have it sent to you. The cost as it stands will be a bit because we're looking at a full custom head, full custom outfit, and full custom armor and accessories so far.
