Alright back to the thread at hand.

Here are the accessories I've been working on. I even figured it a way to do a light up flare with a small, easily hidden button cell. Im still finalizing the full sized raptor claw and Bravomite and i are still working out what else needs to be done.

DoggieDoc they look amazing. I don't even know how you managed to get so much detail on the flare and make it light up! Just blew my mind. This is going to really be a knockout piece with all of these amazing accessories.

Thanks for the recent surge in interest everyone. I've messaged the latest joiners to the interest list with details for the deposit but if anyone else is keen to join please either send me a private message or post here and I will send you the details.

Please do remember to get your deposits in for the clothing run as the deadline of 31 October 2018 is fast approaching.

I am currently waiting on some potential sixth scale bodies for Grant to arrive and will post pictures here shortly (hopefully at the weekend) for your input.

It's odd considering there was such a surge in interest after the sculpt was shown. It always seems the problem that people are interested but when deposit time comes, it's often times ::crickets::.


If I can make a suggestion, Bravomite... PM everyone who stated interest in the past, and especially those who are newly on board. I do this for every one of my projects and it can make a world of difference. Sometimes people just don't think to check the thread, or ddon't realize a deposit cutoff date was listed anywhere. Just my two cents

Thanks DoggieDoc and rjszar. I will message everyone on the list this evening. So far I've had two people let me know that their deposit is definitely on the way which would take us up to lucky number 13, only two more would see us reach the first cost reduction.

Will be more than a few sadly. Chronicle Collectibles is sitting on the master license with zero plans to move forward with 1/6 figures stating that they are too difficult for them when they would rather do statues, hence why we saw a shit ton of reveals for JP statues at nycc.

I know, but if I was convinced by the headsculpt I would maybe make the extra effort. But at this point, if you add in my case, international shipping costs + same thing for unpainted hs + finding a good painter at less than $180 and wait for Yunsil to release the outfit, is not ideal either :/ .

List updated. Ok everyone looks like there will be 16 of us for the tour of the island which means we have reached the first price drop (current estimate is $270 per unit).

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone, both the artists and the folks who have signed up for the clothing run, for being a part of this project and for helping get it off the ground. It's not easy being a 1/6 collector and an Alan Grant fan but now we are getting much closer to having a superb representation of the character in each of our collections.

Whilst I'm waiting for the last couple of payments to clear if anyone only just picked up my messages you can still get in if you are really quick (personally I'd love it we could reach 20 overall and would be prepared to pick up another set if 3 more people from the interest list were inclined to jump in at the last second). But the boat really is about to leave from the East Dock... and if the Captain says we gotta go, we gotta go.
