He wore a variation of that outfit in multiple scenes. Beating Eli, "I'll Cut your throat," talking with other prospectors arriving in town etc.

cool, thanks. as much as i would really love a quality grey suit (i've yet to find really decent and accurate bash fodder for almost ANY project), it makes it less disappointing if rainman has in fact already decided. but i hope he at least considers this.

what i do love about the grey suit is partly that analysis of the end scene you posted. it stated the grey attire represented the ambiguity of his eventual psychological and spiritual destination. that to me really fundamentally defines a large part of the character having watched it a second time.

Voted for Quail suit. Great scene and think of the 3 choices it would be nigh on impossible to bash otherwise. Would also love to see rainman do the shotgun

If anything, wofford is, IMO the no 1 fan of milkshake man. His choice should be seriously considered by rainman. That's all.

The poll right now speaks the truth and Woff the ultimate TWBB connoisseur has spoken. Still not enough :lol

Jesus Teddy! You certainly are worked up aren't you!
It's just a poll. May the best choice win, it's not even official even though I'm pretty sure your blowing up Rainman's instant message! Relax man, let those who are interested decide.

This is the most important scene of There Will Be Blood, because it means the film has started.

The MOST pivotal scene in Classic Suit! It is the suit he was "BAPTIZED" or SOLD his own SOUL in and for that THERE WILL BE BLOOD!

He won't let that one go!

I vote charcoal suit but there are other outfits that go with the tweed jacket which I like too. I've listed many reasons behind my decision of the wool suit in the other thread but I'll do it breifly again. In a nut shell it gets the most screen time and I feel has deeper symbolism then the rest of the outfits.

He wears the wool suit in these scenes:
1. First pitch to the villagers (trickles into 2)
2. Pitch to the Bankside couple
3. Leaving H.W. on the train
4. Announcing breaking ground at the well (trickles into 5)
5. Scene with Mr. Sunday and his daughter (...no more hitting...)
6. The Baptism
7. Steakhouse scene with Tilford
***Deleted scene where H.W. gives him a straight razor haircut.

I have pics and videos on the official thread p.48 #476, p.49 #487, p.53 #521

Woffard don't get me wrong bro. I'm not trying to piss on your parade. I know you want out of the game and this is one of the last things you're interested in getting. And I truly want you to have what you want. But I just don't get how this was just announced last week as "Quail hunt outfit confirmed" out of the blue, when usually ideas and opinions get kicked around and a medium is meet.

And I am a paying customer who is all in for a DX. I'd even buy a separate outfit if available. I'd like to have a say too. Unless a couple of guys are gonna buy all 15 DX,15 regular, 10-20 head & clothes & 10-20 clothes only sets, then the other people who are interested in this should have their input respected too.

No one said they shouldn't.

The tie he wears during the baptism scene isn't the same tie as when he's doing his pitches so you'd need two different ties to come along with the outfit if you wanted the two different looks.
