with having a modified headsculpt by Rorywan and this sculpt by MJ, i'm only in need of one representation of the Joker character and had days and days to decide which one i really want to keep as i don't want to have two sculpts and using only one, and so i decided to keep my modified rory sculpt and letting this one here go.

So, if anyone is interested in the original INTERROGATION Joker headsculpt, I'm selling mine for what i've paid for. Shoot me a PM :)

That is what I did.

Alright. Now that I have two versions of the headsculpt, I can state my opinion clearly.
To me, the best version is the mob scene HS. I received it, the sculpt is great, by far the best Ledger Joker sculpt, IMHO, and I think the paint job is the closest to the prototype paint. I am satisfied.
The interrogation version is the original HS I ordered, and the paint job is far from the prototype paint. The paint job is not bad, not bad at all, but compared to the prototype interrogation paint, it's very far. I am disappointed. But it's sold anyway now, so yeah.

And as a bonus, I even got the chance to compare it to the recast one. My friend bought it (he didn't know it's a recast, but now he does), and I am so very glad I bought the real one. The paint job is so very awful on the recasted one, but anyone with great painting skill can fix that, if only the recasted sculpt isn't so very distorted. Yep, it has distortions, here and there. The face shape, and the most significant ones, can be seen in the hair. The original one's sharp sculpt on the details, and very lifelike eyes. I am happy I bought the real thing, as it's all made by the artist, so it's an artwork, a good one that is.

That would be all, I wrote it all here because I think I need to be fair to Axe and MJ, so there's my review with all the good and bad things from the HS.
Thank you for this project, in the end, I am keeping the mob scene HS (without extension), and I am fully happy and satisfied with it. :)

Thanks for confirming what I suspected.

Well, at least that's what happened to mine.
Perhaps there's people who ordered the interrogation HS and got much better or even perfect paint job,
the same quality as the prototype.

So far, I think I saw Lius Kusuma's interrogation HS in this thread and the paintjob is very similar like mine's.
Maybe the mob scene paintjob is not as complicated as the interrogation paintjob, with all the smeared effects and all,
so he can paint it faster and with better consistency, thus it's the closest one to the prototype.

Yeah the paint job on mine looked like his to. It's not bad like people make it out to be but it's just doesn't look anywhere near as good as the Mob painted head sculpts.
