Sorry for the delay guys, just wanted to post this to assure you that the project is still on, the painting is taking time as the sculptor has to adjust to his/her official company work schedule in the meantime please be patient.

And those who are interested to own the sculpt and be informed of commercial details please send the personal details asked to the mail id mentioned in the first post of the thread.

Clean Unpainted Cast of the sculpt to show how they have maintained their integrity and how they have been cleaned up from the castings... Painting will start soon

Also as I had promised I would try to curb this recasting issue by trying to ensure that everyone who wants one sculpt can get it, atleast not let people have an excuse for using recasts here is the new announcement

Unpainted sculpts will be available too.

Wow it went through the casting process really well! The fine details of the sculpt still look great, can't wait to see the final paint apps

Unpainted sculpts will be available too.

The cast came out phenomenal! You couldn't ask for better. Although, I'm not sure how much of the hair on the left side (of his face) shrunk as some hoped it would. Need to see a frontal pic to confirm though.

Excellent news about unpainted sculpts being available. Thats awesome for those who can't afford a fully painted one.

Im doing this because it would eliminate the excuse that a lot of people give about buying recasts... "the original was too limited and we didnt want it painted etc etc"
Plus I also think some people have an affinity for having their own favourite painter whose work they trust more... though technically with all the overheads of geting someone to paint it and all may be more expensive than buying it painted beforehand.

The painter has shown me some WIP pictures of the painting, which were so good that I thought were the final prototypes... I have been told that the painting can be even bettered, which is incredible!

For those who have sent in their emails showing their interest, expect some details regarding the price, options available and maybe even a sneak WIP painting peak soon...

For those who are yet to email me their interest, drop them in soon. We will be asking for deposits soon...

Would you be posting pics of the painted here? I would like to see some pics first before committing since I have no clue of the sculptor/painter's past work.
