Guys on the waitlist shouldnt worry, I have some plans myself which hopefully will keep everyone happy. Anyway the important question about Painting.

The main looks as you know are The Interrogation Makeup
- The eye position on it is going to be normal front on

Something I feel is natural and will complement the sculpt.

The issue is about The Mob Meeting makeup eye position.
Should we do it straight front on like the Interrogation sculpt or should we have it looking slightly to the sculpt's true rightside looking up. An expression he did a lot in the movie. Peering up slightly sideways.

Id like your input on this, in that way the majorities voice will determine the eye positioning of this specific paint application

My vote is in for straight looking, SLIGHTLY upwards for interrogation scene to give it some sort of personality instead of a blank stare like in screenshot 1.

Nope... that was pretty much the most certain thing we knew when we started out with this.

My vote is for these two. The Interrogation Scene having the neutral squinted eye look. The Mob scene having his eyes looking slightly upwards so that his head can be tilted down to achieve his glaring look.

Well, squinted eye would mean a different sculpt, right? So I suspect that's not going to happen.

I thought that might be a problem but the overall look is what I was referring too. One paint app will have his eyes looking straight and neutral while the Mob scene will have a more glaring look to it.

I like the Mob scene for sure, I would be cool with the eyes looking like either one of these.

I've always really liked these two. There pretty neutral and I like the intensity in his eyes.

I think these two that I posted when this first started would look good for the interrogation paint up.

Why did you get on the list in the first place then? And why trash this sculpt thread with that kind of comment? :dunno

Yeah. If you think HT nailed Ledgers likeness on any of those sculpts I cant imagine hopping on a list for a $300+ sculpt. I wish HT would have nailed it....


About the eyes, I prefer cerntered and slightly upward. The same most eyes are painted.
