Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

Good news. :rock

So where does one get Harmonica clothing? That jacket must be difficult to replicate. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it in 1/6.
The material can easily be printed, we would just need someone to make it. I can find out, but i would need a few interesested

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

Did you do this yourself? Or used something else as a base?

I did it myself. I forgot where I got the coat, maybe the Shawshank figure, bleached it, then masked it with tape and painted the stripes..

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

Maybe we should look at a tailor to make this unique shirt for Frank and might ask about Harmonica as well?

I am really excited about this project!

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

That's a great job you did on your Harmonica. :clap

What's the recipe for the rest?

I think the rest is from BGT for the pistol and belt, some jeans I picked up and bleached, belt from Stevo's Toys and boots from Triad. I looked at the old thread and it was from 2010. I can't believe it's been 6 years...

I'd definitely be interested in Frank's shirt.

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

I'd be in for any clothing run for any of the characters from this movie.

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

Ok so i got some info on the clothes for Frank and Harmonica. If i get enough interest this can be done. The shirt for harmonica will be $17+Shipping and Franks Shirt is $25+ shipping. The rest can be pretty much bashed with stuff thats out there. Frank and Harmonicas jackets can also be done, but the issue will be the material and texture. Let me know what you guys think....

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

I'm interested, depending on seeing a proto, in any clothing produced.

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

I am in for a shirt and jacket for both Frank and Harmonica. Who is the tailor you are thinking of?
Also, what is everyone planning on using as a body for Frank?

I'd be interested in an entire outfit set probably.

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

Where are all the Western fans and Leone lovers and people who have expressed interest in these guys in other threads like the Rainman wishlist thread?

I can't believe this isn't getting more attention.

Re: Sculpt Interest - Once Upon a Time in the West Frank

It's odd - for as acclaimed as this movie is, it often drums up about 8-10 people who express interest and that's it. It really sucks, as Harmonica is my #1 all-time tip-top grail and there has never been enough interest to even start the conversation for a top-level artist to tackle him. Luckily, Siquisiri alerted us to a very talented artist who can at least get the tough part of a head out of the way. I am very excited for that and for the promise of an equally brilliant Frank head beside him.

Count me in for any clothing that you have planned. I really cannot express how excited I am about this project.
