Great News! I worked with Moe to get the Butcher Clothing Set done and it turned out amazing. I hope he gets on board to get us a Plainview clothing set.

I don't think he's done those. I wouldn't mind a Doc Outfit.

I'd welcome anybody trying to tackle Wonka's outfit of all of Rainman's outfits that's the one that for me would be hardest to replicate.

The crispness of the cream pants, the purple velvet lined jacket and that waistcoat? Man that would be a tall order...

As I think about it, considering what Moe charged for Dude's outfit (around the same price as Rainman's original including the accessories/shoes/chest piece), my guess is something as complex as the Wonka outfit would cost as much as the original full set from Rainman if Moe did it.

I'd be shocked to see them come in under 2 months. I think he's just taking orders, then he's gotta send it in to his caster right? Then to Aeon for her to paint them all up lol. "Good" news is we haven't seen any pics or details about ordering for the Taxi Driver. I'm thinking heads shipped and Taxi Driver order in about 1 1/2 - 2 months, then Taxi Driver shipping 1 1/2 - 2 months after that.

Moe's new tailor has really upped his game recently coming out with some nice stuff no doubt but the pricing has gone up ALOT. There's nothing wrong with that people are happy to pay it obviously but for me the quality is not yet at a level that I could justify paying RM prices for it purely my opinion though.

For me the best tailors (Yunsil, Kato etc) make the basic items of everyday clothing look phenomenal that's the mark of a good tailor. Not if you can get the baggy pants with the correct pattern right for the Dude. But the suits on PF, Don Draper, Wayne, Wonka's pants & Waistcoat there's no room for error is those items of 1/6th clothing and each one of them has been nailed by the respective artist it's like looking at a 1:1 item of clothing. Like I said I think Moe's tailor has come on leaps and bounds recently but he or she is not yet at a level where they should be matching the prices offered by tailors such as Yunsil and Kato.

I realise that the suits offered by Rainman or Kato recently are not basic items of clothing but I lump them into the same category as in order for them to look good they have to be tailored to perfection and all those examples have been. We've all seen the 1/6th suits that litter eBay there horrible in comparison. The real mark of a tailor is there ability to tailor anything at 1/6th and make it 99.9% indistinguishable from the real thing other than size of course. Moe's tailor is getting there they really are but I need to see more than 1 outfit set that's impressed (the Dude) in order for me to happily hand over $400+ for an outfit set.

From what I've seen, I'm with you on that Bullet. I bowed out of the Dude set after the sticker shock set in. But if you don't have any other competition for certain outfits, if the originals are unobtainable, and if people are clamoring for something like the original, then you can set your price I guess even if the craftsmanship isn't quite up to par with the truly high end stuff we see in some parts of the world.

Very true mate but quality must always match the price. I'm not saying Moe's Dude outfit is not worth the money, it looks very very nice and lets not forget it's been produced nearly 2 years after RM's, the cost of materials etc have risen but people like Rainman and Kato can charge what they charge not only because of the quality of their work but also because of their reputations. They've been pumping quality items into the market for years and have earned there brand recognition.

I never signed up for the Dude outfit as I own Rainman's but I did sign up for the robed look. I backed out when I saw the price and the final product on the robe. The white shirt and shorts where excellent absolutely loved them but that robe not so much. My argument is that outfit set is nowhere near as intricate as the original Dude outfit (no cardigan with custom print) and the quality of the main item (the robe) is light years behind the quality of the first set yet the price is not a million miles away from being the same. Moe's a great asset to this community fills a lot of gaps in collectors needs but is too inconsistent to be charging the top dollar. Purely my opinion though take it for what it is.
