Thanks Robbie, I see that now. So are folks planning on bashing Plainviews, or doing something else with these? Are there Plainview-like outfits out there?

I never liked the release suit, so im either going the grey suit or dirty oil daniel. Either can be easily bashed with readily available parts.

IMO the grey suit and dirty oil suit are easily bashed.
There are a few things Moe could do for Plainview bashers though...
- The original RM look suit, if peeps wanted to go that route again.
- His Field jacket he wears would be great
- The Sweater he wears at the end.

Yes the field jacket would be great the grey outfit at the end would be better but the hat would be needing to be removed and sculpted hair in its place like the dx set head which I'm down for .

Yep thats the jacket.! if he could do the jacket and rider pants, that would be a cool alternative to the RM suit.
Im probably going the dirty oil look. I dont mind reculpting the RM head and adding the forehead and hair. A white shirt, tie up boots, black tie, vest, and pants are not hard to find.

My favorite look is at the end of the movie with him in the sweater facing off against Eli. Problem is... hatted headsculpt makes no sense for that outfit.

I think DarthMagnus made a recent old plainview that looked spot on. Im not sure what sweater he used.

Well I had only talked to Moe recently, and he said it shouldn't be a problem to make the vest, shirt, jacket, and pants for the outfit that rainman chose. He'd have to talk to his tailor to figure out the price though.

But the beauty of it is that we can all probably vote or Moe could possibly create different outfit options depending on how much interest there is.

I have zero sculpting skills so changing a hatted head to a hatless is pretty much out of the question. Plus... Aeon does an amazing paint job that I'd hate to diminish.

A different suit would be great. Many felt that the RM suit wasnt the iconic version of Plainview.
Yeah, i wouldnt mess with the paint job. Im a basher, so i bought an unpainted sculpt with the intetion of re-sculpting the head.
its cool to see the many of us working on our plainviews cant wait to see what we come up with

I second what you have said man. I would want to keep him with the hat unless someone could do a really good job of removing it. If we can get Moe involved I would love to get a poll going so we could choose which outfit to be made as Plainview had a few iconic outfits.

If there is any chance of finding someone to do a Wonka, the time is probably now. With the prices for the RM Wonka going through the ceiling, there aren't many alternatives. Nobody seems interested in taking on the full figure. If we can get RM to put the sculpts back up, then we have a chance.
