I checked my Gmail junk mail folder yesterday, and lo and behold there was an email confirmation for my purchase with Rainman from three weeks ago :slap So maybe you guys should check in your junk mail folders, as I was also wondering why I never got a confirmation email.

His e-mails don't go to my junk folder. I just usually don't get them at all. It is a crap shoot which I receive, which is very weird.

Forgive the newbiness of this question as I'm still just entering the custom world - in regards to the new heads back in stock, what bodies do they work with? Do you request a specific one or does the consumer dremel it on their own?

You can pick your own body some sculpts are neckless others have necks

Depends in the head. Some are designed for neckless body and others require a neck. Heads with necks just need a plug glued onto them based on the body requirements.

Sorry, still a little confused. Say I pick a HT body, will the head come ready to fit that body or will I have to alter it myself?

I missed out on the Doc Holliday figure, but there is an unpainted head available and I'm tempted. I know the clothing would be a challenge to find in terms of matching quality, but I'm optimistic. Still debating with myself.

Doc has a neck so all you need is the plug that come with an HT body. Glue it into the neck hole of the head and pop it on the body. Super simple.

That's good to hear. While I have your attention - Is it possible to hunt down good matching clothing for Doc or is it a "don't even bother" type of thing?

Depends. There is western clothing but if you want the look Rainman made, the bluegrey long coat is nowhere.

It's definitely not a "don't even bother" deal. That's like Dude, Wonka, and Tyler type stuff. Doc could be done but it boils down to the level of accuracy and quality that you'll be happy with. Before Moe started doing certain outfits you really couldn't bash any (PF boys included) of RM's outfits to the same quality and accuracy. It comes down to what level of "close enough" you're good with.

There is a western clothing/accessory retailer; I forget the site now but people were getting their dandy Doc gear from them. Was that Battlegear?

The unless he changed things, the neckless sculpts that he offers aren't plug and play. He used that old school method of attaching the head to the body with a cord/string. There's a metal loop inside the neckless sculpts that you have to thread and attach to the inside of the body. That was the way unless he made them more compatible now
