I've had my moments of concern with Rainman in the past, where he didn't respond to my e-mails regarding customer service issues (including a recent problem). He has always ultimately come through for me, but I would feel a lot better about it if he had a staff person dedicated to handle those issues. These ain't $10 Hasbro toys we're buying from the guy, after all.
