Honestly - he does not offend me, he is just a person who drags kids and family as an excuse to a loosing battle! I personally feel sad for him! Someday he will be a dad and someday he will have a family! That day he will regret what he throws at me! Being a father probably will make him understand, that no parent would want a child to behave and talk like turbo! Including turbo himself! I don't think in any circumstances he would want his kid to behave like he does.

I think about his posts and his life (Unfortunately) like what Shakespeare said

... its a tale - told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, -Signifying nothing!

Turbo - on a lighter note - in English it still translates to - "you are a moron" :)

Just to clear up some points because you clearly only know how to run your mouth not a project! Yunsil actually does have to get permission for certain outfits and like for like. Quit thinking your always right just because you voice your thoughts do so but respect others rather than making even more people hate you!

Here's my proof from earlier from as for Leon dude take no notice of Turbo he's just jealous because his only friends are his rainman toys [emoji23]

Maybe we should start a poll thread see how many people want to ban Turbo who's with me? :rotfl

Sick of this dude's negativity maybe the solution is a ban or everyone block him do he rants to himself.
As for Leon he wasn't threating you just saying what everyone would like to do!

:lol:lol:lol Leon, the Macbeth quote is fkin' gold

That hotel will make you lose your mind.:panic:

As far as Yunsil being RM's seamstress, she is. She is his exclusive choice to do his projects. That doesn't mean he is exclusive to her. All semantics. If I am your best friend, it doesn't mean that you are my best friend.

Honestly Stevey, that wording makes it sound like she works for him in the same capacity that Iris works for Iminime, and that's not the case. Tree Design is a company that makes doll and 1/6 outfits for plenty others aside from Rainman; she's not exclusive to him in any way. Not only is she one of the best in the business, but her and Rainman come from a time where the landscape of this hobby was very different. There were much less people offering these kinds of things so naturally Yunsil was RM's go-to girl. But calling her his go-to girl is a much better way to word their relationship as opposed to "his tailor". She was always open to the public. Scott was just the first to figure that out.

The landscape has definitely changed and I see a lot of things of late go down (not only overlap of different artists) that would have caused meltdowns a few years ago, that fly by like nothing today.

I'm all for artists respecting each other's work and I'm not a big fan of massive overlap either, but I do like the options that came with the influx of talented people and their offerings. There was a time where things that were in demand were near impossible to get, and now certain things are accessible. With people like Iris, Yunsil and GeeWhiz, it's no more "Kato or nothing" or "yea that's a great sculpt but where do I get the accurate outfit". Guys like Fullmetal, Corrose, Robbie, Entropy and all of the up and commers fill a lot of gaps in the accessory department. There are new sculptors and painters offering great options. Rainman isn't the only game in town anymore and hasn't been for a while now. As much as I love The Man, I also love the options

I'm very surprised at your change of heart on some of these matters. You of all people were big on the whole limited edition aspect for all of this. I remember not too long ago you were at odds with Leon because he thought people who spent $3,000 on a Bill were stupid and you happened to be one of those people who bought Bill in the aftermarket. Do you remember that?

Your talking about more options in the hobby and that's fine. I'm talking about how everyone is using the same resources to get their project done and how that potentially can cause an issue for future Rainman projects because it happens to be a resource (Yunsil) that's an important component of his products.

It's like Rainman has a formula that's works for him. Everything is on par from the sculpting to the tailoring, so the outcome is a great product that holds up. Now I see it as his formula is being hijacked but not being used in the best possible way. So the question is; do these commissions mean that Rainman will have to pass on doing certain characters because the clothing has already been done? And if that's the case, is it worth it to sacrifice some of the more popular characters in favor of these small petty runs.

I've never bought a head & clothing set from Rainman only DX and Full sets. Does he issue COA's for those options? Now what happens if he decides to do a run of clothing that has already been done.....what significance is the COA going to have?

Very well said besides, Kato is awesome, best among the best, but he never "take the risks" and releases different outfits like yunsil makes, in two years the most different outfit he made was Neo reload, beside that was suits or jackets.
Was a major upgrade in this buisness when yunsil among others made great outfit like doc, etc...

Let's move on enough waste of time -
Does anyone close to rainman has any idea what he will do next??? Absolutely any idea??? Also is he planning on any collaboration on as grand a release as shining (like Robbie trike etc? )

Hey man, his words not mine....:lol

The good or bad part is that this sale will set a new benchmark and will possibly set a trend for the 2.5k milestones for future releases. The way I look at it is "2.6k" for shining is not that important for me - for brba I had bought the 2.3k dx (cause I spent 5 yrs enjoying it and so did my wife) similar on GBU - but hopefully if rainmans next release is something that I just love - movie, character, both - I may rather shell on that than shining. I mean it was a great movie but really not like my top 10 so to justify 2.6 to my wife - seriously I will be a dead man!

Or..........
Anyone knows if the full set comes with the carpet base? I am torn apart between h and c and full set. Wife gave me a permission for dx but threw in a stupid line there after "you are a dad now and I know you would do the right thing" so here is my right thing - grrrrrr .... Women I tell you - just know how to make you chicken dance around them :) :)

If you really need that much permission to buy a doll, than your probably spending your kids milk money.
