Do we really need to tape it all together? I thought everything was sized and fitted correctly without need of sticking things on.

It's not held on by magic, lol. Just get a roll of carpet tape and cut some small squares for the armour parts. It will work a treat.

Very very nice. Which body you used for this? I am waiting for Boss body but taking ages to arrive. Hopefully will get at the same time with my Faora.

I tried several of my Hot Toys female bodies, Alice, Boss, Pepper, Maria, etc. The skin tone seemed to match better with my Maria Hill body (I think). The body had the elbow I wanted, also. To my surprise, I did not have to surgically alter the upper torso.

Looks pretty good. Is it because of the Maria Hill body that the fabric looks so loose on the mid section or was it like that with all the bodies you tried (ALice, Boss, and Pepper)?

Yeah, it looked the same to me. That really bugged me too but I couldn't adjust it much. I did have the body turned slightly.

Maria's body is thinner I guess? Boss's body mid section fills the suit and there's no space. Maybe you should add something under the suit at belly section? Also the belt should be lower, where that suit stripe goes. Overall - looks cool, thank you for thank you)))

I'm so ready to have my Faora, I really hope it gets finished soon. So does the painter send back to you Woodrob and then you mail off to customer or go directly from painter to customer once paint job is done?

How long does it take to put these together? I have the painted version and an Alice body. I was all set to do it until I started reading about having to glue on the armor pieces. I'm trying to decide whether to do it myself or send it out to a customizer. I also want to get a Superman modded to a black costume and put on a smaller body and head sculpt, so was figuring it might make more sense to just get everything done at once.

i'll post pics of both of the Faora's I have done so far...one is mine the other is my buyddy's....he chose a cheaper body...while I got the BW body...and you will see a slight difference.....

I would imagine that if I had the prescribed body and didn't add my own touches to it, could've been taken care of in an hour maybe two at most.
