Nobody is going to get bumped off the list if you have a deposit down. Don't worry. I spoke to Beto directly and the only reason he hasn't replied here yet is because he is at SDCC right now having a great time. LOL

Joe I also spoke with Beto. Obviously if a deposit was sent than that person has priority but you have experience with his lists so you should already know that the rule has always been....First to Pay, First to serve. That deposit list is only 10 spots but I'm pretty sure Beto will be making more than 10 figures. The 10 spot list was intended for that combo discount.... The first 10 people to send in their deposits for the combo would get the combo discount. So far 8 people have sent combo deposits so they will be extended that special discount. From my understanding that's all this list is for....to determine who gets the discount not who's only getting a figure.

So if Beto is asking for people to send in the final payment, than you should probably send in your final payment and not think your spot is secure because your on a list.

Hi to all amigos! Well this is the thing: The Chainsaw hero project is in the final stages so we already start working in the slasher combo, so i need to start collecting. the final payments, the 400us deposit was inverted in order all the bodies, lots of fabrics, lots of materials and some galons of resin ( im in mexico so is importat order all this whit long time of aticipation) So i need to start collecting payments, i dont bump nobody from the list and i dont have intention of keep the deposit money, (i make refunds but only when i find another person interesed in the cancelled order) Just keep in mind the faster i can collect the final payments. Is the faster i can complete the project! Well i send more messages later i need to go to SDCC lol if some one want to talk with me in person im all the day in the comic con. I was only relaying what I was told from Beto who gave me permission to post what I posted. I was just trying to ease the panic until the man himself updated the thread to clear up whatever confusion was going on about the process. I do have experience dealing with Beto and his lists and as I am fully aware of nothing being locked in a and guaranteed I also know that Beto is not a thief and would not run off with people's deposits without either a refund or someone buying out the spot. I think some here were worried that if they didn't pay right now they can not only lose their spot but their deposit which is definitely not the case and shouldn't be given the impression that it could happen that way.

The 10 spots only is referring to the combo discount not the run size. Only Beto knows the run size. I don't know how your getting lost deposits and thievery mixed up with this. :lol

Because some people in this thread mentioned how they were going to lose their $400 deposit and have no figure to show for it because they failed to pay now. That's why.

Unrelated, but they finally have released Part IV on blu-ray (on one disc w/Part III). Got my set on the way! I now have an extra copy of Pt. III on blu, that I bought last year. Anyone that just wants Pt. III, PM me and I'll send it over to you for shipping.

They are confirmed for this set but unlike PERS, these eyes move independently.

I don't know if you guys have seen this by beto on FB recently but seems we might get Pers eyes on Freddy! I might be wrong tho and not for this set.

While having moveable eyes can sometimes make it look like you have multiple sculpts, I Personally I think moveable plastic eyes reduce the realism of the sculpt. This looks like a Hot Toys product DX sculpt now. But I can understand how a lot of you guys like this option as it allows you have him look in any direction and thus, have more posing options.

They are painted here right?









Do you guys think that there will be any chance he will also offer a painted eyes version as well?

So innovative for a custom artist to do. This for me is what Real custom 1/6 Art is truly. Always pushing the envelope and developing new ways to make figures interesting but with that handmade quality to it.......because under these circumstances those labels are genuine. I never question where my money is going with this kind if stuff. :clap

If you really dislike this idea you could probably contact him and change it for you. I personally love this and I don't even compare it to a HT DX sculpt. Have to stay positive my friend! In the end these figure is going to rock your socks off :rock

Looks like it works very well for Freddy. Actually seems to work better than a lot of HT's DXes (realism wise). That said, I hope Jason's eyes are painted, given how googly they are, anyway. I'd rather have the 'asymmetric eyeball rolling system' money going to Jason's weapons and sculpts (hoping for a separate sculpt with the machete embedded in it... *nods at PopCultKid*).

If you really dislike this idea you could probably contact him and change it for you.

Yeah I think it does to and I am not knocking this sculpt for having moveable eyes, although IMO I think it reduces realism but having different looks makes up for that. So having moveable eyes has both it's pros and cons. Nevertheless, I would rather painted eyes like the proto, I guess that is just personal preference really.

The eyes def work on Freddy. I don't think Jason would really need that as you rarely see him with his mask off and it's really so dark where his eyes are, I'd think that feature would be wasted. Def add more accessories.

I might not be able to resist the pull of Camp Crystal Lake...oh boy...

Yes, well aware ash also utilizes the movable eye system. For me the movable eyes adds to the likeness so much more than the painted eyes on this sculpt. Not to sure about the painted sculpt being offered either. I'm assuming the movable eyes sculpt helps to deter recasting issues.
