Yes, well aware ash also utilizes the movable eye system. For me the movable eyes adds to the likeness so much more than the painted eyes on this sculpt.

Not saying you are wrong but I personally don't see that.

Not to sure about the painted sculpt being offered either. I'm assuming the movable eyes sculpt helps to deter recasting issues.

Beto did say in the Ash thread that there was no possibility of getting a separate, painted eyes sculpt, so I would assume the same holds true here. Personally, I did not care for them on Ash, but I think they work well for Freddy. All the same, Beto should probably advise from the beginning if he intends to use the eyeball system, as for some people it might be a deal breaker.

But what I don't get is why show the painted sculpt to begin with if u are going to use this eyeball system? :huh

Anyway this eyeball system is in fact a deal breaker for me so unless Beto offers painted eyes sculpt I will be backing out.

It sucks because I was really looking forward to having a Beto Freddy with an iconic sweater with green stripes on the sleeves but this eyeball system is a deal breaker for me. Oh well, I hope Beto can update this thread to tell us whether or not if he will only be offering eyeball system sculpts.

Looks like it works very well for Freddy. Actually seems to work better than a lot of HT's DXes (realism wise). That said, I hope Jason's eyes are painted, given how googly they are, anyway. I'd rather have the 'asymmetric eyeball rolling system' money going to Jason's weapons and sculpts (hoping for a separate sculpt with the machete embedded in it... *nods at PopCultKid*).

The ERS are looking good on Freddy and seem to work. Of course that's an unpainted mock up but he looks more menacing there than in the original painted proto.

Anxious to see more!

IDK if the paint was throwing it off a little but the teeth look improved on the ERS sculpt too

The needle hands would be a nice accessory, but I probably wont use it unless I get another freddy.

Options my brother, options. They don't have to be displayed all the time. You can always switch back and forth when you get bored of one way of the other

I don't have all of Jason's stuff displayed at once but I'm extremely happy all of this was included in the set so I can rotate
