Beto and Lu are easily my my favorite 1/6 artist not only do they cover all of my favorite movies as a kid they get every detail right from sculpt to clothing very excited to be back into collecting for this set

Wow this looks like it'll be a small run. Hopefully that means it'll get done faster :lol. I'd like to see Leatherface go up for PO this year too!

I thought that it was going to be a run of 10 combos plus a few singles of each fig on top of that. It looks like it's a combined list of 10

I'd agree with that aha although the sideshow version is pretty cool it's too outdated I'm hoping maybe beto would do a chest of souls or something on his, this is my 1st beto full figure and I'm excited aha!

His part 2 was my favourite out of all the Freddy's he's done

I'm perfectly chilled and, with respect, I do not think it is out of order asking for a solid update from the man himself. People keep telling me it is Betos m.o. but the truth of the matter is if it was any other artist people would be going mad right now, (which I am not), without other people having a go at them for it.

I had decided to wait without posting any more and was, but seeing constant new threads pop up with teasers, new lists and updates/posts from Beto himself just rubs salt in the wounds when all I have done in email is ask him politely for a solid update, seeing as I could not get one in the relevant thread. To no real avail.

I do feel a bit bad posting here about it and clogging this thread up as not technically related but honestly not really sure how else to try and gain a response from him? :dunno


I've been on this board for a good while and always had patience in my many dealings with customisers without issue and all I am asking for politely is a solid update.

It is his M.O. Snake and he does it to many of us. I guess his small group of loyals (myself included) became used to it because he always delivers in the end (and delivers big-time). That's not to say that you're wrong and the way he deals with customer communications is right. You’re actually very much right and I wish that Beto could work on his response time. There are many of us who love his work and pay big money for his pieces; it would be nice to have our PM’s and emails answered in a more timely fashion.

But that said, the pics on the first page are teasers, but they’re not WIPs. That mask is from his pt. 3 Jason which we all already received and they have done several Freddy’s already so that cloth is likely old. Just clarifying in case you think that other work is happening out of order. I’m sure you guys will receive your Ash’s way before anything significant progresses here

Very true but in the same regards everyone wants his products in a timely manner as well so maybe he doesn't have time to respond to all the pm's cause he's busy working on the projects that everyone wants so badly, I don't get responses from lots of businesses I have ordered from and sometimes it takes a long time but in the end it all works out and I'm sure beto is far to busy working on these projects to constantly watch his inbox
