Nah man not the stud to the rear of the feathers I'm talking bout the brass pin on the otherside looks like a brass needle with a mount at the top which the feathers are attached too

I feel stupid :S :slap , but I can't figure out the shape of it, so I don't even know how to sculpt it.

I wouldnt feel stupid man I ain't got a clue either the pics not clear enough could always wing it just try and get as close of possible. I'll scroll through the blu ray see if I can get a better screen grab for ya

Pretty sure it is a lure now check the attached pic above.

Gunna have to watch the extras on rocky dvd now as I'm sure, I heard it somewhere, thats whats in his hat.:gah:

Not sure but have a feeling rocky might have been a bit of a fisherman/angler and the feather was a fishing lure?

What do you think could be a lure with a hook?

Something like this

kinda weird that he has a lure on the hat, but it does seem close to it.

Don't think its a lure tbh I can't think of a lure that has a pin on the end as opposed to a hook. Looks more like a decorative hat pin to me I could be wrong tho will try and get some better screen grabs

Your probabley right and it is just a regular hat pin feather.

I might have just imagined it, but could see rocky and especially paulie out fishing.

Hahahaha Paulie was def into his fishing gotta be just look at him. I'm gonna scroll through the blu ray tomorrow see if I can get some high def grabs see if that shed's any more light on what it is exactly

I have emailed the tailor to address the concerns PCK came up with.

I asked her to take in the sweater a little, lower the flap on the leather and address the pointy nature of the shoulder area on the leather.

I have someone that screencaps entire flicks. She's doing Rocky for me but she said it'll be done by the weekend (could be before). IDK how long you can wait Johnny but I may be able to find some money shots once she's done : )

oh you meant the whole movie? I thought you were talking about specific scenes and shots, I just pause it and sceen cap the screen, if that makes any sense. Never needed to screen the whole movie.

I've tried to screen cap on a mac - all i get is grey checks where the DVD picture is... I have tried alot of programs - does anyone have something that is working for them on a mac???

Screen caps EVERY FRAME of the movie ? Why would they do that ?, haha, what's the purpose of doing it I mean ?.

I am just starting to make the base for the hat, just trying to make it fit the head, nothing solid yet.
