Guys I'm taking payments now for the new headsculpt. Everyone getting a new belt for their Hellboy obviously needs a sculpt upgrade as well
I know, I want it but I'm on the fence because of the cost, plus the cost of having it painted. Trying to decide if it's worth that much for the upgrade. :gah:I agree.... can't just upgrade the one part!

I believe the sculpts will be red on arrival so much of the paint work is in the details. I am definitely doing it... the sculpt is too good to pass up.

Angie, you are better off buying the full HT figure then trying to buy the parts. The full figures can be had for around $350-400 on ebay.Always wanted a Hellboy figure but after seeing the prices to score one just for the parts and body I'm going to opt out of this. Oscar please remove me from
the list, thank you.

Angie, just look for one here and on eBay and be patient, Rob is correct that these sell used for $350-400 when they pop up, the Hot Toys version. I found mine here for $350, and only a couple of months ago there was one here for $400 or less from Master Wayne, he was actually had Hellboy and Abe together for $700 iirc. You'll find one eventually for a good price, in the meantime, getting this belt and the headsculpt is a smart move because they will greatly improve on the Hot Toys versions when you do find one.Rob I think you mean Sideshow? Hot Toys full figures are around $700 and up. Sideshow's doesn't have good body or outfit for Hellboy unless I am mistaken? I prefer Hot Toys's and I can't see myself spending $700 for a full figure just to break down the parts.
Oscar, disregard my previous post. Keep me on the list please and I'll send deposit this week.
I'll figure out the rest after I get the head sculpt and belt.
Thanks!

No problem, I'm still working my patient as well.Ok thanks! Appreciate the info and I'll work on my patience.
I bought my hellboy figure for $340 just a couple weeks ago. They aren't too hard to get. Even if the arms have issues it doesn't matter because the coat covers it up. Adding the new head and belt will be awesome.
Most issues are with the pants. The faux leather peels/cracks off.

Another tip for HT Hellboy, try to find one that has the knee joint broken because that's an easy fix and you could get a deal on it. Basically every Hellboy has knee issues at some point. Both knees on mine had already been replaced when I bought it, something about the plastic they used around that time was bad. Harvey Dent/Two Face has the same issue too.
I'm trying to remember who I saw that made the real leather Hellboy pants, it was a year or so ago and back then the thought of spending $100 on a 1/6 scale pair of pants was insane to me. It doesn't at all now and I want them of course (even though my HB pants are fine), so I guess I'm now insane? :rotfl:cuckoo:Interesting!! Thank you for the heads up and after reading your comments I'm sure I'll have a good chance of picking one up for a reasonable price that comes with those issues. I've heard of similar issues on some bodies and faux leather from those older releases.
