Thinking about it more, I'm not sure about the poll. Even if the majority voted on lengthening the jacket a certain amount, I wouldn't want those who voted not to change it to be unhappy once they receive their set in hand, since they won't have the chance to see it before hand.

Everyone on this list joined on the merit of the original run, so let's just keep it at that.

I really dislike the idea of lengthening it without a prototype.

What happens if the jacket is made 2-3 mm longer and then the pockets are in the wrong spot ? Then what? There will be 70+ useless jackets.

I am dead against that happening. If there was a prototype then sure, if not then no

I agree no point in making the length of the jacket longer, as it's fine as is. The only actual changes I care about are the real buttons on the shirt, and pants that's it.

For some people it might be a useless jacket as is.

Without a gauge of whether people are willing to take the risk, and I agree there is some risk, it's obviously not worth changing. And MM is running the show here and has stated that his plan is to keep it as is so it's all moot anyhow.

But, if a few mm were added in length and the pocket positions and vent buckles were simply kept the same distance from the bottom of the jacket, I really don't see how that could render the jacket useless.

Oh I agree with you, but without a prototype that's working on the assumption that Yunsil gets the pockets right, if she doesn't then it might be useless if it looks obviously wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against a little more length, but I just think it's too risky without a prototype is all.

As many of you may know, the original run for the Yunsil Indiana Jones clothing set was organized and run by ShortRound, however he has decided to step away from runs for now because of the stress involved with his most recently completed projects.

He was kind enough to pass the torch so that I might organize re-runs of some past projects, beginning with Raiders Indy.


**PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY**


This is a straight replication of the previous Indy set, with the following exceptions:

- "Real" buttons will be used on the shirt rather than the "bulb" buttons used on the previous version

- The holster and gun belt are not included (to keep cost down, most from the previous run replaced them anyway)

- Toriboxs' production skills are constantly improving (by her own admission, so it is worth mentioning)



*Web belt included but not pictured



The price is $495 per set, plus PayPal fees and shipping (determined when ready to ship).

This price assumes 50 sets ordered, which I have no doubt we will meet.


This price is valid for a limited time, so I will be accepting orders through 4/12/2021. The window may be slightly extended if we don't hit 50 by then.

After the order deadline, I will begin collecting payments. Once payments are in and sent to Yunsil, production will take approximately 3 months, so we are looking at delivery to you all in August.

No deposit will be required as the set has already been prototyped and produced. The full balance will be due after the order cut-off date, and shipping will be due once the sets are in hand and shipping rates are calculated.

A small update for you all regarding the buttons.

Yunsil confirmed that she would not be able to sew the buttons I had sourced (pictured in my original post), so they would need to be glued on. I realize this is not ideal, so I am working with DoggieDoc who has recently started making 1/6 buttons. I am currently trying to determine if he can produce the quantity we would need at a reasonable price point, and quickly enough to keep the ball rolling on the expedited production timeline.

I will keep you all posted since we are fast approaching the payment window.
