Yeah, I think it's actually a pretty good sculpt for Deckard; I assume since the films are from a similar time it makes sense that the sculpt could work for both.

Got started on upgrading Leatherface yesterday... I really like the HT muscular body until I put on the head, But once the head was on it looked a bit small to my eyes.

So I'll wait to bloody up the arms until I can see if I prefer the Kaustic or not. I did make a new yellow smock for him though.

I think it looks great, i would stick with that body but fat him as a bit more chunky then muscular.
Maybe put some foam around the chest and belly area?

I have a few Kaustics and they are HUGE and will be far to big.

Interesting... I'll have to check it out myself. My biggest issue is the head seems a touch too big and now he's the same height as Freddy and Jack Torrance. Gunner Hansen was 6'4" so I'd like him to be a bit taller.

Worst case scenario I might do like you suggest, but just add a bit of height to his ankle to give him a more imposing presence.

I though the same when I saw them as I assumed they would be the same size as the as the HT Ross body but they are more like the size of the terminator body.

You want me to take some comparison pics for you?

He looks great, I would go for a bigger body though.
I build mine on a T-800 body with padded belly and it looked perfect IMO.

Got in the Kaustic body and put Leatherface on it... way happier with this larger body than the HT one. I haven't bloodied him up yet, but just swapping him over made a huge difference.

Not to mention, these are great bodies. Not quite as nice looking as the HT ones, but for the price they are quality.

It's a custom by Silent Surfer using parts from a Sideshiw figure. I'm pretty sure the body is a TT slim. Before he was about the same height, just not right IMO.
