I was thinking Grey Rabbit's sculpt came with a hat? Maybe I was wrong on that.
I'm still planning on going with the items from Newline provided they are actually delivering items. If not I'm not so sure :lol

You are correct about the hat - I'd forgotten. Had you posted something elsewhere about getting the other items from Newline - ? I'm not finding anything in this thread.

Yep, Newline makes pretty much everything you would need for the figure and it's all pretty close... I guess there is just some concern about whether or not they are actually still in business or not :huh

Ive ordered my gun belt from Steve o as I needed some bits for my Macready from The Thing, he does the rig taken directly from the movie and the hat although the hat does come with the head sculpt.The only downside is your looking at a minimum of 3 months with Steve o as he makes everything himself by hand.

The gun rig is $38 and includes an army colt and if you wanted a hat thats $16.50 ,I,m tempted to order a hat of him once I get the head sculpt in hand so I can get an accurate measurement for the hat size, it does look better than the sculpted one in my opinion.

My set arrived today,very pleased ,great tailoring.Going with the grey shirt for me was definitely the way to go,I,m going to have to pad out the shirt or wrap the upper body as Yul Bryner was carrying a bit more weight in the movie but once the pants have been weathered and all the accessories arrive this is gonna be a great figure.:clap

The head sculpt looks fantastic and a great paintjob, all in all the whole project has been quick and great value. Its rare that you can get a head sculpt with additional extra,s given based on a passion for the subject and shipped from right across the other side of the world for only $50 but to then be able to get the outfit offered tailored and shipped in only a few weeks at a fraction of the price and time you would from the more established makers is a real breath of fresh air,well done Dubby and Greyrabbit for a job well done.I,m looking forward to seeing pics of other completed figures ,mine unfortunately is gonna take a while due to waiting for the accessories to be completed .Again well done all involved.
