A 1984 Sarah would be pretty great, but would need some 80's fashion for her though.

Yeah the clothes for her have the same rarity as a decent headsculpt. Without both elements it's a no go for most people I'd imagine....

When you say rare, you mean non-existent. I tried for a long time to find something that could even be modified somewhat and there just wasn't anything. That's why I had to go commission.
