I got word from the person who took delivery of my package that it arrived safely, but there's no spit curl. There is one for this sculpt right?

In case it was overlooked, the spit curl is the little piece at the fair right in the pic below. It needs to be delicately cut away with a hobby knife

It turned out my spit curl was in the bubble wrap. I was sent a picture, but I'm not sure it came out right.
