It has real silk trim on the brim and ribbon areas. These are separate hand laid pieces, not sculpting.
They would come fully painted and fit the Rainman's second Bill head.

This is only an interest thread. If there is enough support it would possibly go into production in a few months.

Not yet. I've been focused on other things. I'll get back to them as soon as I can. Hit some snags on making glasses and so I just stopped for now.
