(y) There is a solid interest, not sure if we will reach 50 together but I would cover costs for 5 sets to start with if that helps to keep the price lower.

However we will also start this project with less than 50 at a higher price per outfit set as I am sure most on the list really want this outfit / figure as much as I do.

Will most likely become the most accurate 1/6 Anton outfit you can get.

Update: Had been talking to Yunsil these days. She will be doing the outfit completely from scratch, so it will NOT be the same outfit as done before for Rainman some years ago.
Even though imo the outfit she made for Rainman still is the best to date, it will be improved a lot judging from her current works. Sample and prototype costs will be charged by her and they are devided by the number of people who commission a set. The sets will be

limited to 10 sets at $ 850 or
limited to 25 sets at $ 570

You know I wanted to reach a price under $400 but it would only be possible at 50 people interested. It would be to time intensive or maybe impossible to reach and I am also not much interested in doing such "larger" runs anymore. Want to focus more on everybody on the list.

She says especially the jacket is relatively complicated to make and I can imagine that looking at her already terrific work on the outfit of Rainman's figures. She even recreated the double stitching on the front like on the original:

Hasn't been done on any other 1/6 Anton outfit I think and remeber this will be an even enhanced version.

Please post if you are still interested so I can get an idea if it will be limited to 10 sets or 25 sets, thanks.

She does not want to offer a weathering option btw.

i'm in,i counted 32 all in,does that mean someone won't be included?

I was keen to join but gotta tap out at 570 dollars even for 25 sets? Geez

Usually not everybody sends the deposit but if there are more than 25 wanting a set some might not get the chance, correct.

Understand that, no problem bro. At 50 sets we would have reached a price closer to 400 or even lower as I tried but does not seem to happen.

A benefit of a smaller run is it will be more unique.

I’m very interested, I’d love to have this done. Count me in. Let’s get this to 50!!!

I'll have to think about it. Iris only wants $300 and her set was amazing. $300 no matter how many, Yunsil prices can be too expensive at times.

Funny situation. When I asked Yunsil for this project there was no 3rd? run of Iris' outfit so not sure if Iris' price (no matter how many?) is about competition because usually I think she also asks for a certain minimum number of commissions.

Anyway, want the best outfit possible and imo when kt comes to this specific outfit Yunsil's first version already was superior to Iris' version and this one is meant to be even improved while (if I got it right) the one Iris wants to offer would be the same as before so I am pretty sure there will be quite a difference.

No offense, I admire Iris and her works but when we start to compare let's be fair and look at the whole thing not only at the price.

At the current number of people on the list from my experience 25 or less commissions are realistic and 50 will be hard or impossible to reach within a certain timeframe while I would like to book it soon so the wait will not be to long for everybody.

Hence my decision. If we can reach something like 35 or even more real commissions I will consider it and of course the price would be lower then. Though I find 35 an odd edition size.

I agree that the price is high but there is a demand for her work and imo compared to other incredibly talented artists it is still fair (if not low).

I think the only problem we are running into is that when Balloonman did his first Anton that Iris run went into the hundreds. Everyone caught up especially with the boots by Rainman. The demand is kinda low now so its either two Antons or one with a new head.

I'm still interested. Do you already have plans for the boots and other accessories? Any estimates on cost and timelines?

I have the Iris outfit. The color of the shirt is too red and the collar stands straight up and I think the jacket is a tad short. I love Iris outfits, I really do. I love the magnetic closures on the shirts especially. I have a lot of Cult King stuff. But I see the Rainman Anton's out there and still admire them more than mine. I mean this with all due respect to collectors and artists.

At all: Pre-order info

I assume we can reach approx. 25 commissions so the price will most likely be $570 per set.

If we reach 35 commissions the price will go down and at 50 commissions the price will be approx. $400.

To reserve your spot(s) send a deposit of $100 per outfit set to [pm me], please add your username, shipping address and "Anton Outfit" into the payment details, thanks.

ETA is January 2020.

If we reach only 10 commissions it can still happen but it would be much more expensive so in that case we decide together if you want a refund or a super exclusive outfit at higher price.

Boots are in the making but Joker shoes have to be finished and shipped first. The boots will be $70 painted and weathered.

About the other accessories I will post again soon.

Correct. I also admire Iris' works and own a few, I would also not say Yunsil aka Toribox is the "better" seamstress in general, it always depends on the specific outfit we look at and it also always depends on the data and feedback that is provided to them by the project organisator.

Imo Yunsil (Toribox) nailed this outfit though already in the first attempt, it looks less toyish and she will even improve it so it is save to say it will be pretty perfect so this is the outfit I want to go along with a perfect Anton headsculpt.
