I used costarican post office to ship. If you check your tracking it says it left costa rican post office January 22nd, it's been exactly a month since shipped. Normally it takes 15 to 30 working days for a package to arrive to their destinations, and in other occasions packages to Australia has been delayed by a little more judging by my past experience shipping there. So please give it another week, if not we'll work something out.

Sorry for this bud, I wish I could deliver them myself.

Hey JOhnny my head still hasn't arrived, is their any checking that you can do beyond the tracking with Costa Rican post?

The tracking says it "arrived at the official distributer", but there is very little info as to where that is. Also the tracking lists the destination as 'X'

Any help would be appreciated

Oh man, really ? Hmm, let me check at the post office.

Have you tried contact yours with the tracking number ?. About the distributer thing, they don't update it, all packages with tracking number shows the same legend. The package is not actually in costa rica anyways.

I'll see what the post office has to say and we'll work around that.

Did you contact your local post office about it ? Please let me know.

yeah, I did, no information on file for that tracking number - beyond listing as an incoming international parcel. I'm wondering if the leather on the badge has caused it to be held up in customs / quarantine.

Anyways, my post office told me to ask you to ask your post office, but since they don't know anything about I will tell them to open an investigation of sorts and track that package down.

I'm very sorry this happened, but please keep in mind that it's something out of my control, once the package is handed to the post office it's on their resposibility, but we'll resolve this one way or the other.
