Cheungkinmen just contacted me and said he is willing to lower the number needed to 10 and lowered the sculpt price to $45 :rock

Just wanted to say that I normally don't ask for deposits on sculpts projects like this, but I do trust that no one will back out and keep their word, and if someone will PLEASE let me know before hand.

I've had people backing out when I have the sculpts ready for shipping and that's not really good. I work off trust.

Don’t worry mate worst case scenario I will buy more off you and have a cabinet full of different leaps :lol I will not let you be out of pocket from this.

I also have a sneaky suspicion that once you show the finished sculpt a lot more will jump on board. The views have gone from about 250 to 700 in the past week so it shows there is more interest but some may like to see sculpt before committing.

Just re-read that, and I thought what IF someone doesn't like the sculpt ?. Good point. hah.

I will be showing W.I.Ps of the raw sculpt for input and stuff, in this phase if you are not happy with the sculpt you can be scratched off the list.

Hope I didn't sound like a ____ in the first comment :S , 'cause it wasn't my intention. I normally have a sculpt ready from my personal list and work off that, this would be my first time working off a list of interest from scratch.

Same here, I have always loved Johnny’s work but there has not been a character I have liked enough to have a figure off so looking forward to this one.

I am going to use one for a white jumpsuit Sam and have his arms outstretched like he does when he steps in the quantum leap accelerator and the other I am going to pick my favourite leap and bash an outfit.

I was torn between this one you mentioned and the one I posted. The only reason I picked more of a neutral face was because it gives more posing options.

But everyone’s input is important, if the majority want a smiling head we can go for it.

No problem Johnny we can all understand it can be frustrating when people back out of projects like this.
As you said the upside with custom heads is if there is anything we don’t like it can be changed so everyone stick with it.

As much as I liked QL, I'm really only interested in an Enterprise version. So him a little older and with a more serious expression would be what I would be in for.

Unfortunately we are only making one version which is the Quantum Leap version.
Some people are interested in using the head to make an Archer as there is no alternative but the age and hair be from Quantum Leap.
