If I were you, Bruisermoore, I’d set a deadline for payments, or this project is never going to get finished. I see the same peoples names under each section who haven’t paid for anything yet. Either they’ve spread themselves too thin financially, or they’re not going to commit. It’s your choice if you reach out to them or not, but me personally, if they haven’t paid for anything, I’d throw them off the list and move forward. This may sound harsh to some folks, but business is business. You don’t get something for nothing.

It will come to that eventually, but at first I'd like to give everyone an opportunity to step up and pay their balance on their own without setting a hard deadline. Also, everyone that paid a deposit is needed to get the best price, so it's not as simple as cutting people that haven't paid by a certain date because then either, A, the price per unit goes up significantly for everyone that has paid and then they have to all submit yet another payment, or B, I pay thousands of dollars of my own money to keep the unit price where it's at and unfortunately, I'm not in a situation to be able to do that.

It's still fairly early and I have faith in the members here, so for now, there's no hard deadline, but one will be implemented if things don't pick up soon. This whole process has been a learning experience for me and has lasted about 6 months longer than I originally expected, so in my mind, a little more time won't hurt......for now.
