I paid my final payment to Mark for the painted and haired head sculpt earlier today.

Bruiser this is a large run and I know many have not paid at this point, but many have. From my experience those who paid probably already qualify for the max bulk discount. Maybe it’s best to ask yunsil If she will keep the price the same at the amount and quantity for those that have paid . If the answer is yes, congrats. You keep their deposit. If they crawl out of the woodwork.. too bad for them, they get a refund on the the deposit but they are out of luck. No little girl dollie clothes for them. You snooze. You loose.

If yunsil says there is something off with the quantity and cap we can find out by how much and what to do about it from there...

This sounds like a good idea to me.

Also those who have not paid... I know about half of them are active posters. And half of those active posters are decent guys. They get a last warning and maybe then they are out? I bet you can close that gap on at least half of them.

Thank you for the advice Raymond, I appreciate it. This being my first run, it's been more trying than I ever could've imagined unfortunately.

I've contacted Yunsil (well, Jong, my contact at Toribox) and he said the price can't be kept the same for fewer than 50. He recommended (like a poster did here) to possibly eliminate the hat from the run, making the total $2000 less. I suppose we're getting to that point where we'll all need to decide if that's okay or not. I am raising some of the money needed to close the gap, so either way it shouldn't be much longer for this to finally get rolling with Yunsil.

I don’t care either way about the hat. Would it be a nice extra? Sure. But I honestly don’t know if I’d use it or not. Guess it depends how the real hair turns out.

We collect enough money for 38 people to get a limited 40 clothing set. Not sure why we are still talking about 50 people or $2000 for the cap, it’s obvious that we never get those numbers or extra money.

Yeah. Some updates would be nice. I paid for a painted and haired head sculpt, and never even got a response from Mark Simpson. This project was handled a lot better in the beginning.
