x 40 might be the smartest way, but there is still a lot of money missing if we want the hat if page 1 is correct:
1. bruisermoore has to buy 4 sets (only 36 paid by others) --> approx. $1100
2. still a difference of $30 each --> approx $1200
3. he didn't expect the papal fees: approx.: $500
4. he could use deposits -$700

- cap/hat price: is about $40 in there
- Unit Price for 35 - 39 sets : $300.00 USD
- Unit Price for 40 - 44 sets : $285.00 USD
- Unit Price for 45 - 49 sets : $270.00 USD
- Unit Price for more than 50 sets : $255.00 USD

Bruisermoore could give us more details, but I suppose only "no hat" (-$1600) or cancel is the way to go now.

You all can count on my support for anything we need to get this project over the finish line. But I would very much like to pay to include the hat. It is a key piece that shows Leon and Mathilda’s growing bond. Also, it will be very difficult later to find a red beanie(watch cap) for her of the same quality and craftsmanship as Yunsil’s at a reasonable price.

Sorry it took so long. Here are the painted sculpts. Mark has don’t an amazing job... It really is better in real life. These are just phone pics in poor lighting. But the amount of detail on the sculpted hat is phenomenal - if that was excluded, I don’t think it would be such an issue.

Rather frustratingly I had messaged bruisermoore saying I want the stuff that he in his possession now had sent to me like he had suggested we do when he asked, which was almost half a month ago now . No reply.

At this point I think the issue is really lying in your hands John, the only real hold up to the project is it’s organizer.

You have to understand that part of why we take issue here is less that we have to wait it’s that you:
1) don’t respond, and
2) don’t have a plan

You are holding a lot of people’s money and you are eroding their trust.

Unlike other projects it’s not yunsil that is holding this up at this point it’s you. I have tried to push this along on your behalf and help how I can and others have also been helpful to try and be flexible as well. You can’t blame the people that have not paid yet either we have offered you solutions to move forward take some action.

Transparently, I’ve already escalated this issue with the board moderation, and am hoping there is not need to escalate further than that

and you are also the only one who put effort into posting anything promising about the project bud, so please don't take comments like that to heart I sure appreciated seeing those, the sculpts turned out better than I had expected actually.

I had mentioned this before but I think the idea was lost amidst all of our discussions. There is another alternative. As it stands now, we are in the same place we have been the last several months. No contact or word from Bruisermoore. As things stand it is probably the best to accept that we will not be hearing from him again.

So, why don’t we contact Yunsil, someone who has a good relationship with her ( I don’t know her ) and explain the situation and simply ask what is the remaining balance. Then everyone who has paid put the money together and pay her. Have her ship to either one person we all agree on or ask her to tack on an additional shipping fee for each outfit set and then ship to each individual.

I will put money in to pay her. I have no problem with that. If everyone agrees we can pay her and finish this.

Then we contact the other artists and do the same.

I know it sucks but at least we can finish this on our own.

I can’t imagine with all the work she has does for so many of our runs that upon hearing what is going on she wouldn’t work with us. And while we finish with her and the rest of the run we can simultaneously continue reaching out to either staff or other people to resolve our situation with Bruisermoore. Meanwhile, we can wrap up this run.
