Bruisermoore needs to chime in here. Life happens and all kinds of crazy shit can derail your focus on a hobby so no judgement there. and iu really sympathize with him on this. More than I can articulate. But he's sitting on A LOT of people's money.

I get and syphathise with the hassle on how hard it is to chase up assholes who paid their deposit but not the balance, but I think I outlined a pretty good strategy a few pages back on how to deal with this. At this point those who paid the balance if you have to pay 10 or 20 dollars just to cover the difference and get your damn stuff are you really going to oppose that?

Lets close the book on this already.

Just figured what really happened to bruisemoor while going through the previous pages sad news I feel bad for the man but he’s sittin on people’s money like you said and your strategy only works when he forward the funds to yunsil and I don’t see this happening since he’s not showing up again and I’m not sure he’s chasing after those who didn’t pay the remaining balance likely not

Anyways I’m not opposed on paying bit more to get my damn stuff just like everyone else here I’m just keen about the whole situation he’s holding the funds paypal protection is pretty much ended and he’s not showing up again

I obvoisly want a Mathilda but yes I want my money back before anything if this does not go through.

Between the redman and kumik a more than serviceable Mathilda can be had or made. In complete honesty.

Like in regards to the hat... af this point just make the damn thing without the hat as the redman one can be gotten parted out and it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I paid for my stuff ages ago I just want to see my money get something productive out of it.

Does anyone know bruisermoores social account info and can contact him there ? At this point he needs to know he’s responsible for some very concerned and anxious people and he needs to resolve this independent of those who have not paid. Many, many have given him money that as most have stated is past the PayPal protection time

I know it’s been a long wait but please have some more patience everyone, I’m as upset as you that this hasn’t gone as planned. I’m still working on getting the rest of the payment together, and I’ve now realized I’ll need even more because of the PayPal fees I’ll have to include to Toribox. I’m going to put some more stuff on eBay to hopefully get the remaining funds faster. I truly am doing the best I can right now, but if that’s not good enough, by all means take a vote or something and if more people want to scrap this than want it to still happen, we can scrap it. Personally I want to see it through but I also understand people not wanting to wait any longer as well. I have all heads, hands, boots, etc., so anyone that wants those shipped to them now just PM me here and I’ll get them out to you ASAP. I do apologize for this taking so long and again want to thank everyone that has hung in there.

It's funny you'd think few of these people not paying the remaining would hold up the project whilst no one thinks something is wrong with the organizer?

This project dragged so long i remembered informing the organizer not proceeding with it. He basically failed to update me at all since day one.

Mark Simpson the painter couldn't find the buyers as he doesn't know the list, he made an announcement on his facebook, why cant he find the buyers? Who's the organizer for this project?

So how much money has the organizer collected with him since?

The orgizer is responsible yes however at a certain time he was quite active in moving it along and gathering deposits. The list above knew it was time to pay up and should have done so.

Are you saying that you told him back then that you want your deposit back and want off of the list and he didn’t respond refund or remove you from the list? If that’s the case then it’s a really concerning issue yes.

If that’s not the case then you are aware now if you were not aware before that you among others owe an a outstanding balance payment and can pay to close this project up finally.

I'm only aware about this holding up as back then i informed the organizer i didnt want to continue as this has been so long; i didnt know i can get back those deposit, i thought it would just be burnt.

Do you guys know mark simpson was looking for people who ordered the head sculpt painted? Hardly anyone cares to contact him and i heard he mentioned he wasn't paid at all to start off the work

I think the time for waiting (10 months now) for "deposit payers" or "how to finance the $40 cap" is over.
Please refund $295 for full payers or send $300 (price for already paid 38 sets) to yunsil for the outfit without cap.
I have no problem with people who dislike the final product or don't want to pay in full for other reasons, but the rule is that this deposit money is burnt.
The artists like yunsil and robbie completed already their prototypes long time ago, so I think sending the money to yunsil would be the better choice for everyone and it would be fair to do it now.
