I bought his head and sent it to a painter and the teeth were painted.
But I won't keep it, I'm letting it go if anyone is interested.

Next piece is Jimi Hendrix I believe it's their 1st time using rooted hair.

I don't know what to do. The color is wrong. The eyes are just a big black point... Look at the teeth...

I'd contact Denny and explain it's pretty clear what the problem is.
I'd drop him a message he's a pretty easy guy and I'd like to think he'd fix this or send a replacement

This is crazy and very unlike Denny!
The paint is no where near what the sculpt should look like and I'm disgusted that you received this without him telling or showing the paint difference!!
Denny is very easy to work with. Always takes care of me. Just explain it to him maybe in more detail. Not to take sides, that wasn't from the left over heavily discounted stuff he was selling recent to get rid of old stock, was it? If yes, that could explain why it looked that way, but I don't know so I'm just guessing. Either way, hope it works out for you man.
I also need to give a shoutout to fellow boardie Darkseed for selling me the fullest!
Thanks! Yes it was from this old stock. But I paid 170$ + shipping for it so I wouldn't say it is heavily discounted nor that it explains why he doesn't want to admit this is not a regular paint job. The only possibility he gave me is to send it back to him and I pay the shipping costs. This is not the first time, I also know many people had issues with paint jobs recently (last samurai, recent breaking bad heads and other leftovers like this one) so I will just send it to him, shut up, and take back my money. But for sure, I won't ever send money to iminime.
