What are the odds of an Ark of the Covenant?
Peg socket. They are designed to accept real laces to look more realistic but they are not designed to actually have feet in them. These boots are meant to have 1/6th feet in them or will they have a ball peg socket?
Yeah on the 3/4 views at least in the modeling program they can look a tad foreshortened, which probably just comes down to perspective settings in the program. That's why I was sure to include the profile shot because it truly shows the length and shape.Looks great man, I think it may be a tad short at the toes though. Maybe not. The profile pic looks spot on.
Ah ok I misinterpreted the render as I assumed they were going to use the feet system. But better that it's ball socketsPeg socket. They are designed to accept real laces to look more realistic but they are not designed to actually have feet in them.

I so can't wait so see the painted example tomorrow. Nice work bud.As promised.. the completed boots with some tweaks. Toe in general is longer, and I fixed some of the locations of the paneling. I have an insert I will put into the ankle area to accept the foot pegs. The first print is going tonight, so I should have a painted example tomorrow!
