Yeah, just get some price break ups compared to the numbers sold if they are willing to do a smaller run at a higher price... Just as another option if the 40 is not reached...

Hey peeps. Update time.

Sculptor will make a run of 25 for $130. I know it might be a bit more pricey than what you might see in here, but it is what it is. I'm personally okay with that price, if it means getting the sculpt in my hands. I'm not sure about the rest of you though. Please let me know if you are still interested.

def. an amazing sculpt and 100% captured carol in that sculpt, but 130 for a run of 25... probably have to wait for the ThreeZero version then.

I'm guessing unpainted. I asked, but haven't got a reply back yet, but I'm thinking unpainted.

Sorry about the pricing guys, but we didn't hit 40 interested, so this is how it went. I totally understand those wanting to back out. For those no longer interested, I'll "blank" out your names for now, but keep them on the list, in case something changes.

We didn't reach 25. But the cool thing is, the sculptor is a member here now, by the name of vimkerk, so a PM to him might get you more accurate answers than I could offer.

I thought he's always been a member here by the name of sculptor?

Pricing is self-adjusting and in the end everything will fall in line once producers feel out what the market will bear. The market will not support very many sales of unpainted casts at $130 and that's not likely to change any time soon. Rocco and other sculptors offering casts at what's been established at SFF's "standard" unpainted price have been doing this a long time and have a good grip on the entire process, including getting good rates on mould making and casting. If others want to enter this field and do direct sales, they'll need to do the same work to secure good rates for production if they want to be able to hit the volume targets needed to push their projects forward.

Apologies. I think I now know why you thought Rocco sculpted this. Maybe because of what I wrote in the opening post:
Edit: As of now, The sculptor is thinking of offering 25 sculpts (unpainted I think) for $130 each.
I think when I wrote "The sculptor", I might have confused some, meaning I meant Rocco. Sorry for the confusion.

I know exactly who that is! Big fan of his!
Ill pay $130 for his work no problem!

:lol Nah man. It's not Rocco (sculptor). That guy is a machine, popping sculpts out left & right. Nice work too. This is a sculpt done by the talented Vimal Kerketta. Check him out on Facebook, or some of his other work on the Freaks forum here:

With tWD back on, I kinda want the interest for this to pick up.

Its funny cause I was wondering why the hell is Rocco taking this long! LOL
Yeah Rocco knocks them out left and right!

I already ordered 2 of Vimal Kerketta sculpts from Modern Life.

Same. I know it's higher than some might be used to for an unpainted sculpt, but my "want" level makes the $130 price point look like peanuts :lol

I don't mean $130 is peanuts, only that I want this so much, that I don't mind the price.

Nice. I have one more payment for the ML Tom Hardy Max sculpt. Craziest price I've personally paid for a sculpt. I like the custom box & included Salvador Larocca art added bonuses:

Makes it feel that little bit more collectible.
