Ditto. No offense but some of you guys really need to RELAX with these nonstop photoshopped pictures. Like Lakhota said, it's MJ's interpretation of Ford and I can understand how some of you guys are disappointed that MJ will not be tweaking anything when the painted version costs $250.. Well, what can you do about it? Posting your own photoshopped pictures of your version of Ford won't do anything. Yea, fine let your voices be heard but enough is enough. Talk to MJ directly and maybe he'll tweak the sculpt.

The pic I posted doesn't change the sculpt. Just a lighting and eye paint adjustment to show/enhance what's already there.

I understand, I can see that. I was referring to other people's photoshopped pictures where they changed the shape of nose and etc.

Mine also did not change the sculpt, it merely showed how much moreawesome it could be with a few minor ttweaks to the paint app.

Also, as an artist, I always appreciate feedback and criticism.

I'd say the edit BEASTMASTER did is spot on. Really brings out the likeness.

Quick photo manip. I think there is alot of light glare on the nose which is actualy hiding the definition making it look big. I darkened it and painted in the flashed out bits to compensate and fit the casting image better. Also adjusted the eye paint work as well as other flashed out areas of the face. I imagine this is closer to what it would look in hand.

Does that mean that -even though the sculpt is not going to change- MJ will consider some adjusments in the paint apps like the ones suggested by beastmaster (specially the eyes correction)? If so, any chance of seeing an updated version of the painted sculpts or would we have to wait for the in-hand pics of the final product?

Hi marf,

The quality of the sculpt is topnotch, but there are some issues. The hat is too small. Also the crown should be higher. The sculpt itself looks good but the nose is too long. I like the photoshop tweaks in the face made by josh. The face as it is now and no pun intended, looks like a maroccan (arab) ford.

The paintjob is great and very lifelike but it cannot safe the sculpt imo. Beastmaster tweaks make it better though. The eyes and brows need some change.

I'm hoping tweaks to the sculpt can be made. Many potential buyers here have the same issues. I'd like to think that the artist would like to be remembered as the artist who nailed ford as artist can't get ford right.

Looking at the first pics i hoped this was a mustbuy and i was willing to sell some stuff for it, but now, sadly i'll have to wait and hope for tweaks.

Still you're awesome for tackling this sculpt.

Paid for a painted head. May pick up an unpainted one down the line. The paint on this looks super skilled, there may be a few issues around the eye area, but I have confidence that the final product will be top notch. :rock
