If goes to MJ, there is nothing wrong with it. I am now tempted to grab but try to figure out if I can still steal some DX05 around.
I agree on the hat which in his movie was taller but the proportion would be out. If the face, this is Harrison indeed, DX05 outta league.
If eyes and the painting application, I think it is great. It is all because of the lighting and angle, that is all.
Overall 9/10..minus 1 because not yet in our hand LOL
Just my opinion guys. I am thinking hard to pick this up first before getting DX05...LOL

Is just grab it. You can always land a DX05 later or grab the clothes from interest list and piece the rest together. As of now, this is the best Ford/Indiana Jones sculpt there is.

I agree, just grab the sculpt now and bother about the clothing and other stuff later. There's no shortage of DX05s around.

Does that mean that -even though the sculpt is not going to change- MJ will consider some adjusments in the paint apps like the ones suggested by beastmaster (specially the eyes correction)? If so, any chance of seeing an updated version of the painted sculpts or would we have to wait for the in-hand pics of the final product?

Yes, exactly, the producer is opening to trying to accommodate suggestions for improving the paint. I can't promise all suggestions will be addressed, but they will certainly do their best. I also can't promise that there will be revised pictures in advance, but the final product will only improve from what has been shown here!

For the painting suggestions, along with the ones above (making the eyes the correct green/hazel color; having the iris's just touch the bottom lid and not looking up; and fixing the eyebrows), I would make the eyes non-bloodshot (Indy's eyes always seemed pretty white), and I'd give him a healthier, been out in the sun, skin tone. Just my 2 cents, though.

I increased the pupil distance (what ophthalmologists call P.D.) -- nudged both irises toward the outside corners of the eyes. Placement of the irises can make or break a likeness. On a 1:6 head, we could be talking the width of a brush stroke.
