I found out what happend to your first head... I received the envelope back in a clear plastic bag yesterday... ripped in half - the other half gone mind you. It said insufficient address... because it's missing I guess :lol

It looks like it has a ink cartridge in place of the head now :dunno

I really don't like USPS in central Texas...

Anywho - looks like your replacement is in route to your home soon man.
