You owned your Leprechaun figure for a VERY long time now, and voiced how happy you were about it to Beto on many occasions. He even gave you the option of which parts you would prefer him to use back when he was making it for you! I think it's time to give up this incessant whining that frankly, we've put up with for far too long now. As far as Beto and I are concerned, we are FINISHED with you, in every way.

I've done my research here. No one would reply to you for your Leprechaun questions, not even those who you claim don't have "screen-accurate pants" like yourself, because no one wants to be dragged into the constant cloud of negativity that follows you everywhere. Even in the heat of the anger you felt towards Beto, you STILL wanted to secretly buy a sculpt he just made. Are you going to bring up how I ignored that PM too? You can forget the Jason masks you said you lost and/or had stolen and/or broke and/or whatever other extravagant excuse you can come up with. Now is the time where I cut you off from contacting me, Beto, Lu, or anyone else you feel entitled to argue with. I'm trying to get this fixed. I paid 3k for a figure and did not receive accurate pants in both material and color that another customer did. I'm vert happy with my figure up until I recently discovered that I had a pair of proto pants on mine while the others who commissioned the figure have the correct finished pair. Your taking this personal but ask yourself who's right here? Does anything you say change the fact that I do not have what I should for 3K. Your helping Beto with his customers but your going to NOT help me because you don't like me? Is that where we're at. You took forever to finally ship my tartan barrel which I finally received. I thought that Beto would have the decency to at least include the Jason hockey masks I've been missing and have been asking him for, but he didn't and that's a another issue. How dare you say your "finished" with me without addressing and fixing these problems for items that were paid for. I'm not even gonna get into the fact that I've been a supporter of Betos way before you were even any where in the picture.

Look, why won't you and Beto just settle up with me with these issues I have so that we can all just go about our business peacefully. As it stands all I need is my Lep pants replacement because did not send me a final version pair and my Jason 3 Hockey masks which were lost during customs (it happens) and have no problems paying for the replacements as I already explained to Beto almost going on a year ago.

Why not just help me resolve my issues, why get personal with me? Can you ask Beto if I really deserve this? I've put thousands of dollars in his pocket and was always a huge supporter of his. Well now we've fallen out of favor...so be it...its old news, but I would like to get what I paid for. I have these small issues. Can we resolve them already and put this to bed. I won't have any reason to complain if I don't have anything to complain about!

I just want an answer and a fix about my pants and the hockey mask replacements.

To be honest, if Beto ducks people's e-mails and PMs, then he brings this on himself. Hard for an outside observer to know what's truth and what's not, but Beto does himself no favors by his behavior to many boardies in terms of his extreme delays and silence when members ask questions. Danger, if you want to get Turbo to stop posting in this way, you may suggest that Beto come around a bit more and answer people who often have very legitimate questions. But until and unless that happens, it's hard to blame someone for trying to bring attention to their concerns in the only way that they can.

I'm sorry, I took forever to ship your barrel? Last time I checked I had worked out things enough for you to receive your barrel, which not even I have received yet. Nothing was personal up until the point where you thought you were "forced" to "chase me" for answers in my sale thread. You think I would hesitate for one second to tell you this in person? I have no beef with anyone here. I work with the information I'm given and from what I've got, it seems you're all out of options. But hey, thanks for letting me "have" that, I appreciate it. If you think I didn't help you, I don't know what else to say.

You have the final version of the Leprechaun. You and another customer (who is plenty happy with his figure) have the exact same pair of pants for your figures. From what I hear, your options were laid out when you ordered this figure, back when you were happy and all was well.

Also, you flip-flopped with your answer with what happened to your Jason masks. I can't imagine Beto will be entirely receptive to making you another set. In fact, I know he doesn't want to do it. He wants nothing to do with these orders. Regardless of who was in the picture first, here are the facts -- I'm here now. You have made your bed, and now, you must lay in it. I've done absolutely EVERYTHING I can for you, but I can't change what I've been told. As they say, don't kill the messenger.

I do what I do for Beto so he can continue to make figures. His communication levels are not where he'd like them to be so I'm here to help him with that. I think almost everyone knows they can come to me with their concerns and I have been known to do a pretty good job in getting results for them. Beto is working VERY diligently to finish outstanding orders and appreciates every second that everyone has to wait for him.

Now your saying that paying customers have to give explanations for missing items that were paid for? So after thousands of dollars from me to him, he's gonna shortchange me a couple Jason masks that I know he can easily replace? That's an all time low my friend.
Ok, I guess I'm going to have to prove to you that I do not in fact have the same pants as another customer. So here come the pics. Before I do that though, I have no idea what you talking about when you say flip flop....I've always made it very clear what I need, Beto seems to be the one that likes to play dumb on this issue. You weren't involved in those conversations but I'm gonna bring you up to date since your his helper now....I NEED my masks.....paid $1100 for the figure.....no masks. Whether he forgot to include it or it got lost during customs.....I NEED MY MASKS. Ok! That's 1)

If you don't want to be involved then tell him to call me or give me his contact, and please not a phony phone number lthats he's given me and others before. I hope everyone that thinks about doing business with Beto sees that it's really feeling like he only helps those he feels like helping even after he's gotten paid for goods or service, and thats fraud. Just tell him to stop being so ARROGANT....and fix these customer related issues. Than he can send me to hell all he wants because only then will he TRULY not OWE me a damn thing.

Let's just get it fixed man. No arguing, not trying to smear any reputations...I really want to put all personal ill feelings aside. I just feel like someone who paid money for something and got cheated,
