Sorry it's taken me so long to post an update about the Cane, but here it is done. I tried my best to replicate or get as close as I could to the detailed emblem on his cane but with the limited pics my hands were sort of tied so I had to take a little bit of artistic licenses so I hope you guy's like it.

Cane will be right at 6" Inches overall height, so it should be just perfect.

Now to the part everyone hates, cost……After doing the math the cheapest I can offer these are $47 each plus shipping. These will come painted by me, ready to use. One note is the Silver/Chrome ring that separates the handle from the cane part will be wrapped with silver like foil to get better results and achieve a more accurate look!

I will need to receive payments before I go ahead with placing the order for these. I am actually going to have each one of these 3D Printed to help ensure quality and no bent/warped canes.

Here are the pics, Prototype has been ordered.

smoothed the face, reworked the eyes a bit. added the sideburns/ hair on the side. Hat is still a work in progress.

Wow Mike, this sculpt is amazing. Glad there will be another quality Wonka sculpt out there. Really nice work man.

Thanks! Yeah the emblem will be painted the same as the handle ivory white, I only think the inside of the emblem is maybe gold? The foil is just for the ring under the handle.

I would have I look at the references again bit I am pretty sure them emblem should be silver colored.

I've studied the few low re pics over and over, where does the emblem look silver colored to you? Unless maybe you have some higher res images?

I sent out a folder full of cane ref pics a while back, were you on that? I forget. Its hard to tell what color it truly is. I will take a look at the references.

Just sent a zip of images.... it really is hard to tell, I think it looks like matte silver, but its not the easiest to see thats for sure. What do you guys think?

Got it, thanks! It's hard to tell, it looks like it could be matte silver but not sure. To me it looks Ivory with a black wash to enhance and highlight the details with the inside circle & W being gold.

What do you think?

To me, the emblem looks gold on the outer portion, ivory on the inside, with the W being in gold.

From what I could tell by the Color picker in photoshop, the emblem is either a blackened white like Mike said, or it is a super pale matte gold. I think the center logo would be a solid gold color. Its so tough to tell since its a semi reflective surface.

Most likely sent back, I have him working on other commissions so it can just have him pack them in. The only thing we are salvaging is the Oompa body right?

Awesome man just drop Jake a message as he wasn't sure. Indeed it is.... Mike suggested adding a bit if padding to the belly for the ompa I actually might agree not like a full on fat suit but just a bit of weight to him.

Mike the cane looks awesome, will you set up a separate for sale thread or will all this happen centrally in this thread? Either way I'm ready to pay, just need final details and int shipping costs.
