Ofcourse, I dont know which customiser other than recasters sell headsculpts without neck plug holes. However you guys have to provide and glue the neck connector. That is not included with the sculpt.

Oh, I didn't expect the plug to be included. That's no problem. I asked because I've been sold an un-dremeled sculpt twice. Thanks axe.

I am in the exact same boat as fiend and I went with mob. I wasn't willing to buy two so I went with a classic look because I was gonna put him with his coat on

Trevor Grove used to sell them that way, and I think Rocco might have sold his without plug holes, as well. But I just dremeled off the plug part of the neck adapter and glued the adapter base flush to the sculpt in those cases.

Hey axe, going by deposits how successful was this? Did most, or all, of the people on the interest list stick with it, or did it end up being less?

Less... most people disappeared after the put me on the list. Never responded to PMs or anything. But no issues I have previous experience in lists and all. I know there will always be hit and runners. It would have been nice to atleast know they were not interested anymore but most of them probably never bothered to check.

Bummer. Sooo, would you still consider this a success? Would it be too much to ask how many of the 30 people actually bought one? Just curious....

I would be interested in the "edition size" as well, purely out of curiosity, but I would understand if those numbers will not be released, what with all the secrecy about this.
For what it's worth, I was never on the original list as I thought this would be too expensive for me, but with the unpainted version being offered I was able to swing it.

Just wanted to say thanks for organizing this. You handled this very well, keeping everyone in the loop with emails, responding to pic requests and inquiries, so kudos to you. This is easily one of the better Joker sculpts I've seen on these boards. Although I had every intention of buying this, had to pull out at the last minute due to financial reasons, which I'm gutted about. I'm still keen to see the end result of these sculpts once people receive them in hand, and perhaps at some point if you decide to offer a second run, I may be keen.

I hope I made the cut. I wanna get the party scene crash paint with no added hair extensions. As Ledger's hair was shorter in that scene. Now to look for a shot gun.anic:

I was trying to figure a way to budget for this, but with the Breaking Bad set and '66 Batman figures hitting just before I couldn't swing it. I might also be interested if another run happens down the road, though. Looks great. A definite upgrade from the stock DX head.

If there is a second run it will solely be on the preorgative of members who can band together and get an interest list running with people with ready to send in deposits.
I hope it happens because the bigger the success on these, the more I can convince the artist to offer his/her stuff. I think we could do with another very talented headsculpt artist in the boards.
