If there is a second run it will solely be on the preorgative of members who can band together and get an interest list running with people with ready to send in deposits.

I hope it happens because the bigger the success on these, the more I can convince the artist to offer his/her stuff. I think we could do with another very talented headsculpt artist in the boards.

This one is a homerun. Something I'm definitely interested in if it were to be offered. Is the Eagle eye sculpted as well ?

There have been some who sent in orders say days back but have not replied to or sent their deposists. The good thing is there are equally more who were very prompt. So its not an issue. I dont think the artist really cares much, but sales are more of a personal mission on my part as I was gung ho about this project and convinced the artist by telling them how much people wanted a high quality sculpt and paintjob etc etc.

So its more of my personal mission... I really cant speak for what is going on in the artists' mind.

Mathematically I figure if he/she sees a lot of commercial impact from his/her first offering this way, they can be persuaded to do more projects. And THAT is my ultimate goal.

Yup, I flipped. Best two out of three: Interrogation.


Now its the long wait. This isn't my first custom piece ,but its the first time I've had to put money down on something and have had a long wait before I got the item.

So u are going to have an Interrogation painted sculpt in full clown gear right?

Ill be using the interrogation head for whatever. Full clown get up, or without.

He still has to cast and paint our heads. That's one reason we had a deadline, so he knows how many to make. Now he may have aleady a few cast to get a head start but who knows. Either way the email said AT LEAST 60 days.

Oh ok I thought u were only going use the clown outfit, since u said u only wanted one version in the clown outfit, so now u are thinking about alternating? Either way the head sculpt works for both, he kind of had messy make up in the hit me scene.

60 days is long enough when money is involved. :lol Besides, I wouldn't be surprised if it was longer.

That's why I'm curious to how many people got this, and if the artist is going to complete all heads then ship or only a few at a time.

Castings will happen first. So those who ordered the default unpainted casts will be sent their stuff first.
Second the ones with default hair extension painted sculpts
In the middle casts of gap filled sculpts will be produced and then the ones with gap filled painted sculpts.

Ok so its.

First: Unpainted casts with hair extension
Second: Painted casts with hair extension

I'm not sure what you mean by "in the middle". He's going to be filling gaps on some sculpts as he goes along and ship those last? :dunno

casting original sculpt, then painted, and while that is happening, he will fill in the gap for the non extension sculpt and have that casted and once those come back, they will be painted and such. That's how i'm interpreting it.

or he does it himself, point is the non extension sculpts are being done last.
