This looks like a pretty decent head sculpt.

Much better, but those lower eyelids are still throwing it off. There's no other way to say it; it has the characteristics of an asian lower eyelid, which have more of a fat deposit than do anglo lower eyelids.

Perkins was a little puffy under the eyes throughout Psycho.

The side view of the sculpt doesn't look far off this to me:

That sculpt image looks heavily Photoshopped for some reason.

This sculpt is still very subpar... He's having issues "nailing" this one.

Perkins was a little puffy under the eyes throughout Psycho.

But he's smiling broadly in these examples - his eyes are squinty, narrow. That's not the case in the sculpt.

I was actually thinking the ears too :lol. But like you said it's hard to tell unless we get better pics of a painted sample without all the 'shop edits

Right now the eyes seem different but still kinda off. The smirk, lips, nose, chin and basic shape of the face seem the same.

) and one thing that actually bothers me is that the expression looks really different from two sides yet that might be what he was going for.

I think he may be trying to get somewhere between a neutral look and the classic promo shot smirk. I'd rather see a neutral expression for both the hair choices.
