Yes I agree with you.
It's really a though likeness to get.
Unpainted doesn't help either.

Re: Rocco Dredd 2012 Judge Dredd and Judge Anderson Head Sculpts *WIP UPDATE*

I think a closed mouth would increase the likeness by tenfold.

She has a very strong jaw, quite angular.

Her mouth being slightly parted seems to be her normal look from most of the pics I can find of her lol

Also her hair is actually quite short in the movie, quite bob like but wavy.

Personally I don't see how closing her mouth will make this sculpt look more like Olivia.

Yeah. I think the mouth should stay opened and once it is painted so that she is mostly just showing teeth it should get rid of the notion that she is laughing.

Face should be a bit wider, chin should be rounder/more square, the hair should be shorter, the sides of the hair should be wavier, etc...

Might take a day or two before we know exactly what we need to tell him.

Yeah, I think paint would help a lot for me. It looks, right now, that her lips are upturned rather than kind of sloped down... if you get what I'm saying.

The actress's eyes also seem to be farther apart compared to the HS, not sure if its my mind playing tricks on me.

Hit girl on the left and too asian on the right, but the chin is good on the right.

Re: Rocco Dredd 2012 Judge Dredd and Judge Anderson Head Sculpts *WIP UPDATE*

Yeah that's much better, but the eyes need to be a smidge more horizontal and lower down i reckon.

Yeah, it is getting much closer. :hi5:

Re: Rocco Dredd 2012 Judge Dredd and Judge Anderson Head Sculpts *WIP UPDATE*

No I'm pretty sure It's about right, I have experience with portraits, teach a class on it. I'm working with the sculpt that's there as there are only so many changes allowed.

Here it is colored, same one as the one people said looked asian. I added eyebrows previously and people thought it improved. Now lets add some light color so you can see how it might look painted.

Other than the color and the eyeballs, no other changes were made.
