loving the shirt, i'll be taking the buttons and velcro off mine as the tie would hide the buttons and the velcro might be a tad stiff to get the shirt to sit more naturally. the print for the tie looks perfect and cant wait to see it done. just noticed that the shirt looks pretty similar to the one worn by Kevin Spacey in Seven ( 2 large pockets with same shape ) and this shirt might be a good option for that as well (kev has a wee bit more red on him though)

I'll probably do the same, as I seem to have a stockpile of BL bodies and I think the arms/short sleeve shirt will look better, as per your pic above!

It’s the best option on the market IMO but some slight padding might be a good idea. I can give you a tutorial on how to mod the forearms if you wanted :wave

Will the collar be addressed? Or are you not sure until the tie manifests? Also, you should look into 2mm white nailheads instead of those buttons. In 1:1 those buttons would be huge.

Yes the collar will be addressed I am going to use a Kato sheriff shirt as a reference.

Sadly there are no pinhead suppliers in my tailors country and the only one that I know of (that was discovered recently) is based in the UK. So it would delay production if we changed it at this point.

I do have some in my possession so I can add them myself when the shirts arrive but it would cost an extra $5 and will take a little longer than the other shirts

Just sent a PM to everyone who has bought a head to let them know that the deadline for the outfit is Saturday 1st Feb (this Saturday).

If my tailor can fit another run in we will do it but the only way I can guarantee you get one is on this 1st run.

Just got an updated pic from my tailor.

It doesn't fit well as its the TT narrow version on a BL body but you can see the collar is now better sized.

I also just receaved all the SOTD heads in the post and am majorly impressed :rock

Also just to let everyone know that the collar may look a bit small on the BL body but this is because its tailor made to the neck of the SOTD sculpt. I had the head inhand before I gave final measurements so was able to size it for a nice fit.

Here are a few updates on the tie and i am happy with the result so far. Please keep in mind these are test items so the finished result will be more refined.


Initially i tried to make this like a real tie but found that the knot was to big due to the layers of material. The colours were not right on this one so i had them reprinted.


2nd attempt with revised colours, this time i used a simple knot with only part of the tie.


Very happy with this version so everyone else feels the same this is what i will use

Again a HUGE Thank you to marlindesign. The tie was a crucial part for me in this project and i couldn't have done it without his help :duff
