Thanks for the interest everyone! I've let the sculptor know. I'm not sure how much interest he needs, he is in the process of contacting 3D printout companies such as Shapeways and imaterialise.



The more interested the better. He is concerned that he needs permission/rights from the actor before these can be made due to the Rights of Publicity act. Does anyone know more regarding this?

Also I love the idea of sculpted boots. I would be in for them!

As for the Green Lantern shirt, I got mine custom made from a Shop on Etsy. I attach a photo of it. It is a little tight on a 1/6 body but the maker has taken note and is making a bigger one. I was thinking the same thing. And considering that they've had plenty of Sideshow stuff on the show, they might get a kick out of it with the fans paying them that kind of tribute. Or it could end up like Dexter :lol

What happened with that sculpt? I mean, I can tell by not seeing Dex on this site or seeing a headless version in the sales thread that there must have been some reaction by whatever network produces the show, but what exactly?

Basically Showtime found out there were pieces being produced and put a halt to it. There is speculation that a member(s) here informed either Showtime or another manufacturer (Name escapes me. Maybe Triad?) who had the rights, which led to the removal of all images. There were a couple Asian makers and an American sculptor who is a professional that did not want to jeopardize his job with Sideshow. So to protect the site and all individuals involved, poof! Gone!

And there you have it. That's what I know anyway.
