The control box is in! I think it looks great, but it's a little hard to tell without paint. I am going to mold and cast this bad boy immediately so I can paint it up and get better pics.

The 1:10 launcher is also here and looks phenomenal. It's painted and drying so I'll update soon.

i'm beginning to think i need that control box. and the dolly if there will be a barrel on it. they all look great. i already have a fully equipped cyberdyne arrival figure, the giant yellow barrel might be a nice addition.

The barrel is next I hope.

Here are new pictures of the 1:10 scale. My first paint job went terribly wrong. Think I had old paint... it was very sticky and never dried, so I used thinner and removed it all, did some extra finishing work, and repainted.

No! I don't even have a price yet. Can I ask where that came from? The only thing at $45 at this point is the 1:6 scale launcher.

Everything is looking fantastic. I'm delighted to see a few more people jumping in on some of the obscure stuff.

I don't know if I mentioned, I'm also interested (I daresay perhaps even moreso) in 1:10 scale for the control box, dolly cart and explosive barrels ..not sure how doable they are at that scale?

Thank you! I'll have to look into the 1:10 stuff, but I can see it being possible.

Here's the cast control box with the poseable tubing. I cast it directly inside so it is firmly attached.

why do i remember it being yellow with buttons of different colors?... cannot find any screenshots to refresh my memory. only this:

just checked - yes excellent paint job on recreating it.

the cable connecting part does magic tricks there. first it's not cone-shaped and not black, very different from your variant (0:03 - 0:04), and then it's an exact copy of yours, but the cable turns black, too (2:27). don't know how to make screenshots of youtube.
the box back's shape also changes - from 90 degrees in the beginning to a round one later. couldn't they use the same box both times? :slap

damn that scene can cause tears.
